There are not enough words that can express how amazing this company is. I had my AC installed by Total Air about 6 years ago and they did a wonderful job. My upstairs AC unit started having some issues and they quickly accommodated me with an appointment. Their communication was on point from the start. They text and message you from the start until the actual appointment time. Joe was amazing and explained everything. He was very honest and very detailed about everything. I don't know if everyone working there is the same as Joe but I feel very fortunate to get Joe as my technician. Thank you for everything guys!!!

Thank you to everyone at Total Air for your customer service. We had been without air over a weekend. We had first called the company we had a service contract with as they provide 24/7 service, no answer. Monday morning I had called and they were booked, I was willing to pay after hours as we were having company for the holiday. The girl I spoke with was rude and never offered after hours service. So told them that I’d find someone else to do a service call. I called Total Air, explained what was going on and they immediately said they were booked, but offered us an after hours call. She said it would cost more than a standard call, but the could come that day. So the service tech Joe showed up a little after 5:00 that evening. Found that our compressor had gone out, he went over some options with us and we decided to have a new system installed. He then said he would see if sales was still at the office and he contacted Christian, and he was able to give us an estimate for a new unit. By 7:00 that evening we had approved the estimate and set up an installation. Even though the installation didn’t happen until after the holiday, which we totally understood. It was just great to know that we had a scheduled date. The techs came out and stayed until the job was done, they explained the maintenance, the new thermostat, and cleaned up before they left. We really appreciated the good service, as it’s hard to get good customer service these days. So Thank You everyone, from our first call speaking with Diamond offering to get someone out that very day, to Joe the tech, for diagnosing our problem and explaining our options, to then contacting Christian to get us an estimate and scheduling an installation, and the great job the techs did during installation. We will be keeping Total Air for all of our service needs. We definitely recommend them for their good service.

Jovani, service tech, was extremely informative and helpful. Serviced two units and careful not to dirty work area. Seemed very thorough in servicing units. He explained his observations on our units and made suggestions to improve units performance & home conditions. 5 stars for Jovani & TOTAL AIR. Will office for additional services per Jovani’s instructions.

I’m still in the process of getting my A/c fixed. Personnel has been unprofessional and rude. There have been two instances where I have talked with Janeth and once with Ingrid and they were very dismissive of my concerns and seemed bothered regarding my questions. Not to mention there seemed to be a delay in parts ordered because tech that came to my house was too rushed and did not take proper information so they could order the part, when I had called yesterday and this was dismissed saying parts had already been ordered. Tech initially came 6 days ago.

I’m frustrated that i have to see my baby struggling with the heat and afraid of her having a heatstroke.

Coincidentally, there is a good review here with someone that has the same name as me, makes me wonder if they make fake profiles to keep a good rating.

Since we’re still in the process, if they are able to meet my necessities in the time frame I was given, within the next 2-3 days, I may consider changing my review.

for now it’s just leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

After real frustration with another local HVAC company I had done business with for 16 years, I called Total Air for a quote. Luis came out the next day looked everything over, gave me a quote found inventory, and 48 later was on the schedule for installation. Installation day crew showed up (on time) and installed the new unit, thermostat, and made sure the system was operational. I don't write many testimonials but they earned this one.

It was a great experience! Everything was done very professionally and we experienced a big difference in our environment as soon as work was done! Thank you Brandon and the team for keeping your promises and making your work sufficiently!

I got estimates from three A/C companies to install a mini-split heat pump system for my garage and one bedroom. Chris answered all of my questions to my satisfaction during his visit to my home. He is very knowledgeable, professional and congenial. Chris mentioned that Total Air offers a very desirable financing rate and term through Wells Fargo Bank that sounded too good to be true. How could I resist? Everyone arrived on time on the installation date. Plan A for my desired location of the air handler in the bedroom was in jeopardy when it was discovered that a wall I thought was hollow was not hollow enough. Brandon, the owner, offered a brilliant solution on the spot! Brandon Jr. installed the air handlers and Orlando installed the plumbing and electrical. They were receptive and cooperative with my aesthetic idiosyncrasies. The review space here is not long enough for me to totally air the millions of Thank You's I am expressing for an outstanding installation. I am a customer for life!

Just had Rudy from Total Air come out to our remote ranch to fix an old non functioning propane heater. He had come earlier and diagnosed an upstairs heater and cleaned it and now I have heat! He finished another one and brought the right part to fix it. So warmth is back in the house! Very nice and professional technician. The company sent him to us quickly and very good communication when he would arrive. Very happy with Total Air and their technician Rudy.

So far, working with the owner about an issue has been a good experience. He seems to have gone "above and beyond" to help my family with a broken compressor issue. I appreciate the diligence and effort given by the owner to help out a customer. It seems he has actually helped a lot. The repair has not been done yet, but I am confident that whatever happens, I will be able to edit this review and give an even better account of the situation. Thank you Total Air for working with me so far.

It’s been over 10 years since we started using Total Air. We’ve had different homes in that time and they have serviced each house with such professional care. My unit went out yesterday and within a a couple of hours our system was up and running.

Very disappointing experience. After the initial visit, communication was nearly impossible. They would show up unannounced, entering the property without notice—completely disregarding pets or the fact that people work from home.

The owners, Janet and Brandon, were unprofessional throughout, and Ingrid at the front desk was consistently rude and unhelpful. Their team lacked coordination, and no one seemed to know what was going on internally.

Even with temperatures over 110°F and children in the home, it took them more than two weeks without a proper solution. This level of service is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, this company is not cheap. For the price you pay, you would expect at least basic professionalism and communication—but that was completely missing.

I do not recommend this company to anyone—especially not to larger businesses. You will struggle dealing with them. Don’t take the risk. Even if this is your last option, I would strongly suggest waiting for a better one. It will be worth the wait. A company run with this level of disorganization and attitude from both the owners and employees is not one you want to deal with.

I just watched a Driver of one of the company vans almost kill a motorcycle driver for trying to pass him. Incredibly disappointing, and I can’t imagine the kind of person they are in their own vehicle if this is how they behave in a company vehicle. I also have not seen them using turn signal once. Total Air and its representatives were lifesavers. After my furnace went out in January in the middle of the recent cold snap, and after a horrible experience with another "well-known" company in town (who promised one product but installed a less powerful one that was required for my home's heating needs), Total Air came to the rescue.
Chris came to my home and helped recommend a unit that would fit both my home's needs and my budget. He made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Knowing that I was without heat, Chris, Orlando and Irvin came within 2 days (and on time) to install the furnace.
They did a wonderful job -- paying attention to numerous details I hadn't even thought about. They made sure all points of possible drafts were covered, that the unit base was sturdy and secure, etc. They uncovered some blocked vents, explained my warranty, showed me how to change my filters, etc. They vacuumed all the work area and left it spotless and of course hauled away all the trash.
They were professional, courteous, and friendly -- but most importantly -- to this customer -- they were ethical and honest.
The next time I need cooling/heating help, Total Air will be the company I will call. Thank you Chris, Orlando and Irvin.

My AC stopped working, called Total Air and was promptly greeted. After explaining my situation, I was given an extremely reasonable appointment date. When the service technician arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had my AC working within a few hours. I definitely recommend Total Air.

Ismael and Jovanny can out today repair an overflow leak line. They were very professional. Everything was explained in detail prior to the work being completed. They treated my house with respect and left the area clean. Thank you for all for being so professional.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They came out multiple times after hours to try to repair an AC unit for a house we bought. We were mislead in to believing the AC worked by the sellers of the house. The techs name was Luis and he was fantastic.

Luis (the project manager) was 10/10 with customer service, his knowledge, and he came to our home the day total air replaced the AC unit and furnace. The entire staff that day was phenomenal. Brandon, Orlando, and manny were also 10/10. They were all so nice and kept us up to speed with how the job was coming along. They even walked us through step by step on how to operate the thermostat before they left.

After traveling 1500 miles and walking in to a house with no air in July we were miserable. Now we have a home that’s livable and an AC unit that works. We named the AC unit air-ica and we haven’t had any issues with it working. Thank you total air for keeping us cool.
