Belmont air conditioning has been well aware of the situation on Fillmore Avenue and in conjunction with Mr Hadaad have been grossly negligent in this matter. The residents have had to sleep in their vehicles and escape the heat of the home.

Horrible, horrible service by the owner, Pedro Belmont and his company. Appointment was set from 9 am-12 pm, no show. At 12 pm, we call and call, no voicemail option. Finally Mr Belmont answers and says he will call his guys, then calls and says they will show up between 1-2 pm. No show. We call and call from 2:30pm-3:30 pm. No answer. At 4:02 pm a man calls and says they’re on their way, when asked why now, they don’t have any excuse or explanation and simply say “it’s 4 pm”. They say they will arrive in 10 min. They show up 15 min later, the guy is on his phone, we say we changed our mind and don’t want the service, he mumbles something in Spanish to whoever is on phone and walks away. Never apologizes, never acknowledges us. We will never use them

Very professional company !!
Employees were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful.
Replaced total refrigeration air and heating unit. Arrived as scheduled.
Cleaned up and hauled away old unit.
Thanks to Rafa @ Belmont's air conditioning our home temperature is comfortable again.

For years we have had Omega do Jordan Foster's electrical work on joint projects. I strongly recommend them as an excellent electrical contractor and partner and for their skills as electricians.

I had an AC unit installed incorrectly this year after several weeks they figured out the problem and adjustments were made to make it work. That was a good feeling. Im used to getting something brand new working the first time so I became skeptical about their knowledge. Now that time has passed my AC is working greatt

When we moved into this building apparently the electrical system had some SERIOUS bugs! We ended up having an electrical fire caused by poor wiring of our AC unit and an LED sign. They're not concerned about the customer's wishes and in my case they completely ignored me. They gave me a decent price quote to put the A/C on the roof, only to get half way through their work and put the A/C on the side-drive way, effectively wasting 20ft of space to park a trailer or another vehicle. They made this change without consulting me, because they saw me leave to get lunch real quick. When I got back they were already laying concrete for the A/C in my driveway. This happened even after I told them I could compromise to put the A/C somewhere else, as long as it was not there because I made the investment of an additional drive way, which is now partially useless. They also didn't properly seal the old swamp-cooler fixtures because they started leaking water a couple days later. They also shut off the water to one of the bathroom sinks because it was connected to the swamp-cooler, rather than installing a new valve, which was another expense I needed to take care of myself.

Don't waste your time, or money, they won't listen to your wishes because they would rather cover up their poor estimates and business practices to save their money and leave with the customer dissatisfied.

~ This is not a review for RUUD, the actual product for the A/C and heater work just fine; only the workmanship and customer satisfaction of the business has failed.

They are very reliable and do good work. We have had them do many HVAC and electrical repairs for us in the past. So we are having them install all the electrical wiring and components in a major commercial center we are building on the east side. Call them, you can't go wrong with Omega... A great solid company.

Now this is what you can call PROFESSIONAL. I had an emergency with my cooler. It went out during the night. I left a message and got a call at 7am and they were here by 8am. The guy that showed up ( Omar) was excellent. He took the time to explain what broke down and what caused it. I totally recommend Omega !
