Absolutely top-notch service. The team showed up 15 minutes early something you don’t see often and got to work right away.
Chris ,Jorge, and Junior where very professional and their communication skills were outstanding. They were efficient, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. They even timestamped and dated the filter they installed, something most companies overlook. To top it off, they caught a serious oversight: the last "company" hadn’t even strapped my A/C unit to the roof. With that level of care and thoroughness, there’s no question I’ll be calling them for all my future HVAC needs.

I’m pleased & very grateful for Total Air. The technicians Cedrick & Giovanni were prompt for my scheduled appointment on Wednesday June 23th. Not only was the customer service top notch but they exceeded my expectations. Technicians were careful and they took there time making sure everything worked & even took the time to take calls after the job was done in case anything might of gotten overlooked. Jovanny, Irvin, Ruben, and Chris came out to fix my air conditioning, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were polite, professional, and worked efficiently to get everything running perfectly again. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, and they took the time to make sure the job was done right. Total Air did an amazing job! They were able to come out the next day to give me an estimate and scheduled the repair in two days. Jovanny, Gorge, Ismael, and Chris did a fantastic job on the day of and completed it all in one day. I would definitely recommend Total Air and their team. They were prompt, quick, courteous, professional, and budget friendly!

I believe that once you convert to refrigerated air you should have cold air blowing in each and every room of the house. I am a home renter, and it's like pulling teeth to get the landlord to fix anything. Total Air installed refrigerated air back in 2015 in this rental home. I understand things happen along the way and maintenance is needed. My office room was hot as hell to say the least, because there was a limited amount of air coming through the vent. I called Total Air myself and stressed my concerns. I spoke to Luis, and he asked me to please give them a chance to see what they could do to fix the problem. The next day not only did Luis show up, but Brandon the Owner/President, and Orlando the technician. Not even an hour and problem solved! Plus they explained everything they did, which is rare with most companies. Not to mention, they also added a new copper line to the existing one that was hanging from the roof. If you want clean, professional, honest, and respectful people to work on your a.c. or conversion to refrigerated air, call Total Air, you wont be sorry!!

This afternoon two technicians ( Jovanney and Cedric) came to my home( 1233 Diamond Cove) to perform “residential home maintenance” on my furnaces. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their attitude to go beyond to help a customer and their openness to answer questions regarding the service. This is why a 5 star rating was given. As long as Total Air has employees that copy these two technicians and make customer service paramount it will continue to be my HVAC provider.

Ingrid at Total Air HVAC was amazing! She handled scheduling smoothly, answered all my questions, and even recommended a maintenance plan to give my split system a longer life. Very professional and helpful.

I want to thank Jovanny and Cedrick for such an excellent job above and beyond the call of duty. They made me feel like I was the most important customer at the end of the day. I have my 92 year old mom who I take care of and that was especially a priority to them. To make sure we had cooling made the customer service even more special. I met the owner of Total Air, Brandon, when his company replaced my AC unit in my office. I was amazed with how efficient this company operates and their communication through out the work was constant. When it came time for my AC conversion I called Brandon and he was able to schedule the work within a weeks time. Total Air is a family run business and their team that worked on my home was done very quickly with minimal downtime. Our family couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend Total Air for those looking for great professional work.

As a cost timehome owner , I truly appreciated how clearly everything was explained, including maintenance tips I didn’t know about before. My HVAC suddenly stopped working and I had a technician from another local company provide an estimate close to $13,000 for a 4 ton package unit. I knew that was excessive so I reached out to Total Air and Brandon (Owner) was at my home within 20 minutes. He provided 3 separate estimates, which were far less than the quote from the other company. He was transparent and willing to reduce the price in order to ensure we had a new, functioning system. It's Friday morning and he had the new system completely installed within 2 hours. The crew he sent out was professional and courteous. We were blown away by how smoothly the process went. I would highly recommend Total Air👌

Brandon and team is prompt, professional, clean, and responsive. They cleaned my ductwork and repaired a leaking A/C condensation line in just a few hours. I'll be happy to hire them again due to excellent service at a reasonable price.

Can't get them on the phone, ever! When I did it was 90 degrees the house, we had kids with strep and they still couldn't come for another five days. No thank you.

Bad experience. Bad service. The owner, Pedro, didn't make valid my month guarantee for a service of an evaporative air conditioning. Since he installed it at first, didn't work, the control turns off and now he said that checking the device is not part of his job. In addition, he make me to wait fir his service an hour after I claimed on the 13/04/17 and he did not come, even an excuse was not received.

Had appointments set between 8am to 6pm on a friday. No show. Had to wait until the following Monday in order to call them to ask what the problem was and got no answer but was told someone would be to my home before 4pm... 4pm arrives and still no one has come so I call again and am told they are on their way. Ended up having to leave my home at 6pm only to come back and have a note on my door saying they arrived at 630pm and I need to reschedule. This is so crazy I don't understand how any company can afford to stay in business like this.
