This company canceled my warranty claim in error after I asked if they could schedule after three pm that day or at anytime the next day. I told him that I thought it was the thermostat asking if Select Warranty will replace it with the same google nest thermostat I currently have. He said they would not. So i told him I was going to try changing it out myself since that is something I can easily do so I could get it fixed yesterday since he couldn’t come out yesterday. He clearly told me if I didn’t need him to repair it that it was my responsibility to cancel it on my end or he would have to charge me. Since he wasn’t coming out yesterday anyway, I had time. Having replaced thermostats, I replaced it and discover it is not the thermostat. I called him to verify a schedule for today and he informed he he had canceled the claim. and tried to tell me that I told him to cancel which was absolutely not true and two he told me he I needed to do it on his end or be charged. That he couldn’t. He canceled without my permission. Violated everything he said. Select told me since he canceled it in error that I had to contact him. He ia telling me that I have to contact the warranty company.

Bottom line is he is required to respond to me within a certain window and I live an hour away from his office and he doesn’t want to come out here since . He is telling me that he can’t get to me until next Friday which is 9 days since the claim was requested. He simply never wanted to do that work in my community. He screwed up and doesn’t want to rectify it. Total joke of a company.

Great service my ac went out on a hot weekend thank goodness they responded that day and by Monday I had a new ac installed had an issue a couple months later and service was there asap took care of my issue immediately highly recommend them

Workers arrived on sceduled.time had to get my unit serviced. Crew was friendly and they completed the job in under an hour. Thank you Kevin have not had any problems with my unit. Getting an estimate was fast, easy and free. They were professional and courteous and took time to answer all my questions.

I put one star at first because it stopped working within 10 days but Jerry came and fixed it. I can't seem to delete the rating so I'll leave it at 3 and maybe edit it to 4 if there's no further issues
