I just had my AC serviced by Barrett Airworks. I called this morning and AC techs were at my house within 45 minutes. Omar and Sergio diagnosed the problem, explained everything and fixed the problem. I couldn’t be happier and I have Peace of mind with a service agreement!!

This company not only came out earlier than I anticipated, but repaired the unit quickly and efficiently. Thus fixing the emergency issue I had.

Marco was highly efficient, courteous, and professional. what i thought was a routine switching over to heat turned out to be a repair job. he was awesome getting my old unit up and running again.

I set an appointment for a morning appointment for my rental house. They were set to get there between 8-12 but they never came I called at 12:30 said they were running behind but I was next. I called again at 3:30 because they hadn’t shown up yet. Dispatched claimed the tech arrive but the tenets refused service. I never got a call 30 minutes prior to them showing up so I seriously doubt my tenets would refuse service to an a/c tech when hot in the house and 100+ degrees outside. Again I’m next on the list to get service. Dispatch said they would call the tech then call me back with the status of the appointment. I called back at 4:15, dispatched said they left a message with the tech but hadn’t received an answer and they would call me back. Never got a call back the whole day. I called after-hours At 5:25 and the messaging service forwarded my number to the on call tech, and never got a call back.

Of all the quotes I got to fix my air conditioner, Barrett gave me the best price. And the technician did an excellent job repairing the unit. They now have a customer for life.

E. Lopez arrived on schedule. Efficient, competent, pleasant. In routine maintenance found one part charging at less than optimal rate. Explained the problem & replaced the part. Answered all my questions. Replaced filter & left another for me so I would not wait a whole year for next clean filter! Good job.

It took awhile to get the part, but once it arrived Barrett was on it. Leo, the repairman had the unit up and running quickly. He was very professional and clearly competent. I'll always go to Barrett for my hvac service.

I had used Barrett for about 14 years at 4 residences. I was very satisfied, but the last 3 years or so they consistently tell me I need things replaced that they have replaced themselves a few months prior on the same 5 year old unit. One year I paid nearly $1000 in repairs and replacements. The next year nearly $600. This year they said I needed to replace several of the parts I just replaced last year. Additionally, I would have to go buy the parts and make another appointment for them to replace. Oh, and they never gave me a quote. Said I would get a call. Never did.

We've struggled for over a year to find a reputable and knowledgeable hvac company to fix our heating issues with our Carrier system. After spending close to 1k no one was able to fix it. So after several terrible experiences with other hvac companies we called Barrett. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They sent Chad and he was so professional, explained each step, didn't rush through the job and even offered to return right away if it shut down. It did shut down but he returned right away and dug further into the unit and found the problem. He showed us pictures and we're so pleased now that we know what was the problem and that it got fixed. We highly recommend them and even signed up for the maintenance plan so our unit will be serviced by them 2 x year.

Scheduled a maintenance check on my a/c. The technician explained what he found, did a minor repair. He was very respectful and helpful. It was nice that he was able to come sooner than my appointment time due to someone else’s cancellation.

Chad was a wonderful tech. He showed me the issues and concerns, explained why they were a concern and informed me of the process to address these issues. The prices were on par, and they were about an hour and a half EARLY! Thank you tremendously for the assistance and getting us fit in, as quickly as possible!!
