We have been using Barrett for over 30 years for one reason, they always produce. They come on time and do their job. Needless to say, we are happy customers.

Jered was very friendly and performed the tasks efficiently keeping me posted on the details of what was seen and possible future problems along with methods for mitigating those problems.

Have enlisted their services twice in last two years for two different properties. Techs are knowledgeable, efficient and explain issues thoroughly to resolve problems. This year, opted to call them directly outside of a home warranty on an investment property (due to long delays of 4-7 days in scheduling with two other companies) after a great experience last summer, and they were available within a few hours. Would’ve saved money but the repair was urgent with summer heat. Very affordable and will continue to use them should future needs arise!

Barrett’s technician, Danny, was thorough, clear about what he was doing and seeing, as well as able to diagnose the problems and give solutions! Barrett came back with the equipment and solved the issues!

I called and asked for maintenance of my AC unit. They responded same day and set up the appointment for 2 days later. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up right on time, after calling and giving me a 20 minute heads up they were on their way. Timely, thorough and quality work. They checked all my air handlers in the attic and both AC units outside. The tech explained everything that was found and fixed to my wife, and in a way she could understand (which she appreciated greatly!). I will use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC services for residential or commercial needs. Top notch service, response, and professionalism. These guys truly know what customer service means, which is hard to find now days.

Marco had a bad time trying to sync my new phone to Nest thermostat. Not his problem. I'll call you all back when my grandson checks out the thermostat. Thanks. Marco is great.

Barrett Airworks is the best! After I met with six different HVAC companies I decided to go with Barrett. I have had the pleasure of dealing with 7 different company employees and every one of them went out of their way to make sure I understood what was going on and they took their time answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Two thumbs up.

Excellent service by technicians. Very responsive and diligent about diagnosing and fixing our heater unit. However, because payments for service are very inefficient and inconveniencing for the customer, I gave only 3 stars instead of 5. A business of their size and volume should allow easier payment options such as Venmo, bank transfer, etc.

The technician, Aramis was incredible. He went above and beyond his job duties. He explained everything as he worked, took extra time to answer my questions at length, and went over it again when he was done. I never do reviews but I felt it was necessary to give anyone considering using them a much deserved recommendation.

Great people and great company,shopped around town and this was the one that solved my problem without any issues,mine was a little bit of a problem because my unit was quite old and they helped me out fast and easy at a lower cost!👍🏻😎

Barrett provided excellent service. I called and an appointment was made from one day to the next. They even sent the employee I requested. Marco,(technician) provided excellent service. He even went out of his way to get my hvac filter size, which is not a common size.

I can’t say nice enough things about Barrett Airworks Service company. The main person I worked with was Fernando. Fernando listened very carefully to everything I said and followed through with all my questions. He patiently explained my options for units. Super nice guy! His workers were very clean and attentive in keeping dirt or footprints from entering my home during the installation by laying down taped paper pathways. The workers were professional, punctual and polite. Barrett has a knowledgable team and I know they won’t disappoint you as they have not disappointed me. I initially used Barrett Airworks for the maintenance of my old units in the past ( 2 yrs. ) . Their knowledge was impressive as they always explained everything to me, including pictures they had taken of the unit on the roof. They also provided maintenance for my tankless water heater. Barrett has a history of outstanding work , therefore I did not hesitate to reach out to them for air conditioning, installation and purchase. I have a split unit and the system is running beautifully. It is a quiet and efficient, saving me lots of money.😊 The Installation by the way was very punctual, so organized.

Ray arrived out within 2 hrs after I called him on Sunday. The motor was broken. We decided to replaced the 16 year old unit at this time. Not wanting us to have no until the new units came he put in a temporary motor at no charge. What a blessing in 116° heat. We were glad with the price. Ray cares about his customers. He lives right here in Maricopa. Thank you Ray for helping us. We recommend him!

Cory and Ezekiel were excellent with their communication, giving me a call to inform me they were running a bit behind schedule. They serviced our A/C system in the spring, and surprisingly, they were the first to clean my coil and drip pan! This should help with the unusual scent we've been noticing in our El Paso home.

cory was exceptional. our 6-year-old grandson bombarded him with numerous queries, to which he responded patiently while cautiously maneuvering around our sleeping 11-month-old grandson. despite this, he maintained his professionalism and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the issue with our air conditioning system. a big thank you to cory from samuel's best air masters for the excellent ac repair work he performed in el paso.
