Our refrigeration unit motor stopped working. I thought I would need at least a new motor. However, the serviceman said it only needed to be cleaned! Wow! THIS is a very honest company, which I highly recommend

Juan was friendly and courteous. He explained what was going on with A/C. Went for parts came back in less than hour. Worked on unit and got it going. Very happy customer 😀

They were able to come to the house today after all the other shops couldn't come out until Monday or Tuesday. Dale quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Happy wife and Bulldog.

Times did a great job on my installation for refridgerated air. They were courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Times to anyone looking to upgrade swamp cooler for refridgerated air.

Scheduled an appointment no one showed up. Called the next day they showed up said they would send me some estimates.... 3 days later still no estimates

Very professional were up front an honest with their estimates. Service technician went out of his way to fix my unit. I highly recommend Times.

On time. Polite, knowledgeable. I've had one defective part in my heater, which was properly diagnosed and fixed for free as part of my warranty. Nice to see a business that doesn't abandon it's customers.

Will not be using them again. They charge $85 just to show up. Mis diagnosed my ac unit was told circuit board went bad but was still under warranty and would be charged just labor $126. Couldn't stand the summer heat no ac for five days so hurry please get it fixed. Tech shows up takes off "bad circuit board" comes back with new one. Installs new board ac still not working and he can't figure out why. New Tech comes by and shows and tells me its a bad contactor. I asked so the circuit board didnt need to be replaced his response was "uh well its probably better that you did and besides its under warranty".

My Daughter water heater . Didnt work on a Sunday and times referigeration repaired water heater on Monday. IT ONLY took them 45 Mintes to repair . Water heater. Great Customer Service . Great price. Better then buying a new Water heater

Times is a great company. They are quick to delivering your needs for the A/C. My A/C wasn’t working in this hot weather but were quick to make it work again. Thanks for being quick and professional

Times Refrigeration installed two brand new Rheem units on my home summer 2018. The installation was perfect, and we almost immediately started saving money on our electric bill because of the energy efficiency of the units. And wow, be careful what you set the thermostat on because your house will chill down FAST... or warm up FAST in the winter. I had Time Refrigeration install a new Aerocool swomp cooler. The sales man was friendly, informative and wasn't pushy. The techs where spot on, they did great work and I never once saw them have to retrack their work, they where rel pros. All the staff have been friendly, caring and understanding. I had an issue with the thermostat 7 months later and they replaced it even though it was out of warranty to help us out since we are on limited income. Service was fast and taken care of in a very fast and well done the teck "Milo" made sure to clean up wiring and tape all wire nuts in place h stayed for the house to cool down allowing the cooler to shut down with the thermostats. I would recommend Time Refrigerators and use Time Refrigeratoation for all my heating and cooling needs. Thank you guys for being the best Refrigeratoation Company I have ever used. Keep up the good work.

Rick and his team were great in making sure to take care of my Mom's A/C. Being out of town and not available - they made sure that she had the new A/C package installed in one day. Can't ask for better service!

They set appointment from 12 to 5. They called at 11:30 to say they were there. We told them that my mom was on her way since the appointment was @ 12. Got there 5 mins late so had to reschedule. Next appointment was 8 to 10 so my mom was there @ 7:30. They didn't arrive until 1. So they can be late for 3 hours but they can't wait 5 mins. What kind of service is that!

Both units works and installation looks good. My rating is based on two things. 1.) The customer service (notifying the client prior to arrival) they never called me about anything. I was always notified by someone else that they were at my home. 2.) They disposed of both cooler purge pumps from my old units. Would I use them again or recommend them, NO.

Unfortunately, I can’t give this business a good rating. I would advise to stay away from these guys and look elsewhere…. there’s a lot more HVAC companies that will actually value you!

I recently(11/29/12) had a refrigerated/heating unit upgrade in my home by times refrigeration co. I was very impressed by the whole process, starting from the initial contact by Dina for the estimate to the final completion of the project.
From day one, the company was in constant contact; keeping me informed of appointment dates and times.They kept their promises and were always on time. The scheduled installation was done as promised by 3 very competent and expert technicians who went beyond the call of duty in providing customer satisfaction.

The quality of work on the replacement system installed is top notch and far exceeds that of the home builder.
