Alberto Garcia was the technician that helped me when my HVAC had stopped working. He was professional, arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call. He was very polite and pleasant to work with, clearly knowledgeable about what he does. Fix the leak and replace the control board within hours.

Carlos Bernal came to my home to provide me with an estimate for an AC conversion. He did a great job explaing my options, very profesional.

SoBella is fabulous, very informative about converting from swamp coolers to central air. Carlos Bernal made it so easy for us to convert from swamp cooler with meeting with us and give us advise on what we needed, giving us a reasonable quote and mainly the process we would go through. From the beginning of the process we were kept informed on the process. The supervisor Fabian was constantly checking and working with the workers and electricians to make sure the work was completed in a clean, proper manner. Technician Eddie F. came out to fix a heater issue had it working in minutes. He recommended replacing a part so we did so, he had the part replaced in less than 20 min the heating is great, also gave me a few other options for replacing me unit since it is older and explained how financing and service plans work. Eddie is efficient and knowledgeable at what he does will be going back to So Bellas for any services needed.

Joaquin promptly came out because an alarm on heater went off. He explained what may have caused it and discussed the safety measures on the unit. He a thorough check and performed an annual maintenance on the unit. He did an excellent job.

Saul B. was at my home this morning to fix a problem with the heating system. Saul was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Saul quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I will use SoBellas in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

Water Heater Repair, the inspection repair was not accurate , missing details and wrong report. Telling me that my water heater was not under warranty, when it is in Manufacturer warranty. It will be replaced for free by water heater manufacturer. I found certified technician for my water heater brand , he did a videocall with manufacturer and he told us that repair report provided So bella was wrong, this failure symptom is caused by other features., I detected that So Bella company was not enlisted in local certified supplier for my water heater. If you have a water heater issue I recommend to find specialist companies on your water heater brand, cheaper ($$) than 3 parties/brokers( expensive parts/unit replacement) and wasting time.
