I called SoBellas to come out and perform a maintenance service on my AC. Eddie was kind, courteous and professional. He did a thorough cleaning of my AC unit outside, checked wiring outside and inside with the furnace. Performed a pump test and then wiped my AC unit down. Thank you kindly for such a great experience, I feel more than assured and satisfied.

Since the reviews was my deciding factor in using Sobellas services I decided to contribute.

Had an amazing experience with their Costomer service from the very beginning. I called around 11am and communicated my issue and was provided fair and accurate pricing right away for the house visit. They were able to send someone to my house in less than two hours which was amazing. Received a friendly phone call from Alberto to let me know how far away he was and when he arrived he listened to my concerns and got right to work.

Alberto showed up to troubleshoot my fridge that was not cooling. Even though he found the cause of my issue quickly he still went above and beyond and checked everything to make sure there was only one fault without any extra charges. Afterwards he was very transparent and honest about his diagnosis and pricing. I am the kind of person that asks a lot of questions and he showed great levels of patience and professionalism by answering all of my questions and not making me feel rushed. He did not pressure me into any up charges, was just very honest and straight forward with their pricing. Overall great experience and money well spent.

I as well asked about their HVAC services and Alberto explained to me their services and I decided to purchase their annual HVAC maintenance membership. He was able to service my AC unit right there and then even though that was not the original reason for the house visit.

Over all, personally had an amazing experience with this company’s level of professionalism, communication, punctuality and quality of service.

Eddie serviced both of my AC units and did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and service both systems. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and made sure everything was running properly before he left.

It’s clear that Eddie takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right. Both units are running great now and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the quality service and would definitely recommend Eddie to anyone needing AC maintenance or repairs.

I had some issues with my A/C not cooling a few weeks ago. I called Diaz services and they were able to fix a few issues. Technician Art and Maciel were very helpful, courteous and explained what was wrong with my unit. The AC is running smooth again and they will be my go to from now on.

Wanted to give these guys a higher rating initially because I thought they might have done a good job servicing my HVAC in prep for the summer for a total of 1 grand. However, they failed to connect my heater properly after reinstalling everything after completely removing it and cleaning it. The first cold front of the fall and we are unable to turn on my heater because of them. I give them a call to let them know they improperly reinstalled my HVAC and the temperature of my home was dropping to the 50s. They took 3 days to come back! After they came back and connected everything correctly which only took about 5 minutes, the technician tried to blame someone else for “messing” with my appliances. I told him he was the last and only person to ever work on my HVAC. Even then he continued to argue with me! Needless to say, will not be calling these people back to service my AC.

great timing and even better pricing!!! all phone calls I made were answered or returned. the workers cleaned up everything after installing the heating and cooling system without me even asking. definitely friendly service and would recommend everyone to give them a try. During the heat of summer AC, of course, decided to stop working. Diaz Services worked with my home warranty and assessed, ordered parts, and repaired unit. Their service technicians are very professional and ensure customer satisfaction! I definitely recommend Diaz Services.

I usually don't post or review about businesses just for the sole fact it's their sole job to do a job that a customer requires, so why leave a review right? Well our AC system is an older system, around late 90s I believe. It was working but not really, it took alot of energy which cost me more money and the efficiency was not great since our house was never what I set our thermostat to. I called Diaz because I have gotten to know a couple of the technicians in the company and I got told to try them out so I said why not. I called on a Tuesday Afternoon and I thought I'd be on a waiting list like everyone else. They told me Friday possibly but I had a technician come down Wednesday evening! I wasn't even prepared for the call, they called me said they were on the way if that was alright and I said of course! Our technician, or professional however you address them was a very kind man, I should've asked him but I'll post anyway because I was so impressed. His name was Mickel Carlson and I remember because I called him Micheal and he laughed and said it's ok, I get that a lot. He was absolutely friendly and professional, he was timely and as you've noticed I'm quite the chatter box but he listened to me talk almost the whole time while doing his job. So if he can do that, and he did an amazing job installing our new unit, I only give 100 percent to him and this company! I wouldn't write a review unless I was blown away and blown away I was!

I cannot say enough good things about Diaz Services. I live in Houston and both their customer service in their office and their technicians went out of their way to assist my sister in El Paso with her air conditioner. They also were very helpful with payment.

I called this company on a Wednesday afternoon when my AC suddenly stopped working. After and being turned down by about 10 other companies because “they couldn’t service my AC if they weren’t the ones that installed it” or they were “full” for the day and they would not be able to come to my home for two to four days. This was during a heat wave of triple digit heat. I have a small child and an elderly mother living with me. This was an emergency and Emmanuel Diaz answered my call and even though they were already full for the day they made my house their last call after hours. They were very professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Greg and his team got my AC working in no time. They saved the day and I will be forever grateful for them going out of their way to help me in an emergency. I highly recommend Diaz Services to anyone for their professionalism and compassionate customer service and will be a return customer for life. Thank you and God Bless!

From the lady taking calls to the technicians, low quality and unprofessional attitude. I scheduled a service and first of all the guys coming to my house use one of the spare filtes that I had, without asking. All other companies provide the filters when servicing the units. I had to call them several times to get my invoice. Then, they did a diagnostic on my unit and even that I called to get the repair done, they never get back to me to schedule the repair. I won't recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough great things about this team. They were professional, very clean and RESPECTFUL of my home. When they came to install a Super V, they treated my home with the utmost care. Not only did they use covers to lay their equipment to protect my floors, walls and vents but they cleaned up after themselves. That meant a lot to me considering the many contractors that came and left messes or worked directly on my floors and home and didn’t bother or didn’t clean up.

Been their Customer for right over a year since I had them install an Air Cool A/C. Had emergency work done this spring to my satisfaction well above my expectations, but boy they must be swimming in business because I asked the tech Gary to tell Mr. Diaz to give me a price for a new roof and a refrigerated air unit swap out and when he came back the next day to finish the job, he confirmed he had told Mr. Diaz of my request for pricing. I also mentioned it to Customer Service, Irene I believe her name is but not sure. Well, Mr. Diaz must have have so much business during this pandemic he has no time for new business. Any way, that's fine, there are billions of A/C & roofing entities here in El Paso. Maybe one of them might be willing to do business with me. I do know one thing, Diaz Services will not do my new roof & refrigerated air unit installation, but I'll continue to use them for miscellaneous side jobs till I no longer do.

Our evaporative cooler needed to be replaced and Mr. Ivan Casas from Diaz Services gave us an excellent price. He was very transparent with all the pricing and explained the entire process in detail so we would not be surprised by anything. We were only surprised by how fast they were able to get the job done. Mr. Ivan Casas was very friendly, professional, efficient and went far and beyond to satisfy all of our request. Even after the service was complete, Mr. Ivan Casas and Diaz Services have been very responsive with any question we've had. We are extremely happy with the service they have provided and our new units are still working great. I will keep recommending Diaz Services and will definitely keep using them in the future.

We have a two story home and recently had an AC Refrigeration unit installed for both floors. After asking around and searching for references, we finally selected three companies to come and give us a quote for an AC Refrigeration install for our home (for both floors): Reliable Heating and Cooling, Frontera Refrigeration and Diaz Services, Inc. We called and asked for quotes from the three companies. Reliable was a bit too forward in their salesmanship; we asked for a quote, which we were given, but the sales rep wanted and pushed for an immediate contract signing which is something we were not prepared to do until we had a chance to discuss and review between ourselves all the quotes. This approach from Reliable was a complete turn off to us even though their quote was very reasonable. Frontera was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional when the tech came to give us a quote and because of this we were inclined to go with them, but after reviewing and comparing the quotes from all three companies we felt their quote was a bit too high for our budget. Diaz Services was, also, very courteous, knowledgeable and professional when the rep came to give us a quote. We were impressed with the ease with which he went about sizing up our home for the proper refrigeration unit for both floors. He gladly answered any questions or concerns that we had about switching to a refrigeration unit install. After reviewing all three quotes, we decided to go with Diaz Services, Inc. The quote from Diaz was in the middle of the three quotes and very affordable and, once again, we were very impressed with the tech that came to our home to give us the quote. Once Diaz began the refrigeration install at our home, we were not disappointed. The crew that did the install was very polite, courteous, clean and professional. What I think impressed us the most was how very mindful and careful the crew was about our home, property and personal belongings as they went about with the install. After the install, the city inspector came to our home to inspect the units to make sure everything was done to city specs. The inspector found a minor flaw that needed to be taken care of before he would okay the install. When Diaz was informed of this, a tech was immediately sent to our home to take care of this flaw and afterwards the install passed the inspection with flying colors. We are very much satisfied and pleased with the service that we received and the people (the crew, the techs and office personnel) that we dealt with from Diaz and should anyone be in the market for an AC Refrigeration unit installation we would, without a doubt, highly recommend Diaz Services, Inc.
