I chose Diaz Services for several reasons. At the time of this review Diaz Services had an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. Also, they were recommended by an inspector and a mechanical contractor who does work in New Mexico.
Nicolas came to my home and was very professional in preparing an estimate for a new A/C. I did get quotes from other cotractors, but Diaz Services was the most recommended company. This is why I chose them.
The team of Brant, Misrael, Aaron and Nicolas, all did a great job installing a new Phoenix Aerocool Trophy 4800 series A/C in my 60 year old home. They arrived promptly at the appointment time of 9am. They went right to work staging the work and taking down the tired old swamp cooler. The installation of the rooftop unit was basically done by 1pm. I had some dry board repair done around the single register for my home. The dry board repair was completed by 1:30pm. This did delay the final wiring for the 6 position switch somewhat.
Did Diaz Services give the lowest quote. No, but they were competitive. I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for.
All in all, I am very happy with the results and how quickly the work was completed. I highly recommend them!

Jesus,Brent, Misael did an excellent job fixing my heater. They were very thorough in finding the problem and fixing it. They also went above and beyond by cleaning what needed to be cleaned and opening my air vents even more for air to flow thru. They were also prompt and came in the scheduled time they said they would be here. They also said if a problem occurs, to call them back and they would return . Highly recommended to call if you have any issues with heating and cooling systems

I was having trouble with my home warranty and claim with the previous company we were dealing with after 17 frustrating days without AC, I asked the home warranty to change the company, fortunately, they contacted DIAZ SERVICES, and in just 3 days (between the Technicians came to my house until they received and install the part that was damaging my AC).
Valerie was always super helpful and courteous when I called her.

I am extremely impressed with the speed and level of service from the team at Diaz Services. My refrigerated AC unit went out and with our hot El Paso days I needed help ASAP. I spoke to Mr. Diaz at 11AM and by 2PM a service tech arrived at my home to fix the problem. Within the hour our AC was repaired, cleaned and inspected for a reasonable price too. We have Diaz Service installed a ruud package unit, reroof part of the house, elastomeric and maintain the roof and electrical panel upgrade. They finish the job professionally and pass inspection around one week.

We were out of town for a conference for three days during the installation. My dog run out of the kennel and pooed all over the house. Mr. Diaz cleans some of the mass, so I did not have to do too much after the exhausted trip. We had other construction job going during the time. When the time they trash their waste, they help clean out other people’s trash as well. I am really appreciated all the extra work they have done.

To sum up, we start with a detailed estimation quote and they finished the work professionally without any surprise.

Everything was top notched! Valerie Moore and the project manager went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best possible service. As for the installation, it was quick and hassle-free, the technicians were very polite , knowledgeable and professional. One thing that this company stood out was their motivation and effectiveness on getting the brand that I requested (American Standard) . Other HVAC companies, were pushing to install Goodman and Champion …and of course, they all wanted to install the unit up on the roof. Diaz took the challenge, and at my request, installed the unit on the side of the house! Definitely recommend these guys!
