Arthur's team at Anchor Air was an excellent choice for our A/C conversion. Arthur listened to and respected my wants during consult. He found a way to make it happen. His price was fair and affordable. His team was professional. They worked hard, finished every aspect of the job, and cleaned daily. Arthur at Anchor was responsive to our needs and quite accommodating. Alex, the tech who actually accomplished the work was polite, professional and kept his work area neat and clean. The Anchor Air technicians arrived promptly, shut down my furnace, cleaned and checked my evaporative cooler for proper functioning and got it running for the summer season. They did a great job and finished quickly for a reasonable cost.

If you want great customer service and professional work please give Anchor Air a call amazing work. We had two 5tons and a one 4 ton split unit installed. All was done in 3 days and passed inspection on 1st try.

Anchor Air is always handled any issues I have professionally. Prompt about arrival time and great communication through the entire process. I have two units on the house and Anchor installed them both and continues the maintenance on them. Everyone there truly believes in great red carpet service.

Art did a fantastic job on my in-laws home. They now have a wonderful new AC set-up, which replaced their aged swamp cooler system. Pricing was competitive, it made more sense to get a new AC/furnace set-up than try and repair the old system.
Art did a great job communicating with different family members by phone, text and email, and provided photos which was a big help. They started the work quickly and finished the job on schedule during a hot and windy week. He also helped with the paperwork for the rebate. Overall, outstanding service and communication. Highly recommend.

I had a very good experience with this company. When I made the call for an appointment, I got a call back very quickly and they gave me an appointment for the next available date which was right after the holiday weekend. I got my estimate and the work done on the same day. I am very satisfied with the work done. This is day two after the service and so far the AC issue that I had is working perfectly. I paid in cash and the service person did not have change so he brought it back at the end of the day. Very honest and committed person. Thank you Alexis. Anchor air replaced an old swamp cooler with a new master cool unit for one of my dad’s rentals. Art is very knowledgable and was very helpful in finding the right solution for our HVAC needs without pressuring us on upselling anything we didn’t need. I had two HVAC units replaced by Arthur Nieto. He quoted me very reasonable and affordable price. He explained and answered all my questions. Rudy Flores and Alex started the job next day. They are punctual, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. They fixed the leaks; replaced the new units; and unclog the drains. The job was done in timely manner. They explained all my questions and cleaned up afterwards. It is a veteran own business and I like to see the veteran succeed and excel in his business. I spoke to Arthur Nieto for the first time this afternoon who I was recommended to talk to about my problem with no heat in my house. He was very professional , friendly, accommodating with an appointment to come out to check my unit ASAP and very willing to help me out with the pymt plan if needed.
