Manny Diaz is a very great company and I highly recommend them to everyone in El Paso. Last year he did a 3ton unit and new furnace at my girlfriends house. I called him today and he sent 2 professional technicians out to repair my unit and they showed up ready to work With in 30 minutes to get the job done. Mr .Diaz is very reasonable and you get what you pay for. High quality of workmanship. Thank you sir once again for everything.. I will convert two more units through your company on my rental home. You sir are the best of the best. If you are looking for a great company look no more. It’s been a pleasure.

Great service! I am thankful I found Diaz Services, they fixed the issues with my A/C unit when the A/C company I used for year could not find the problem. Diaz Services fixed it fast and at a reasonable price. I have already requested Diaz Services to do another job and I am look forward to the great service they provide.

Great experience. Had my unit not working great wouldn't cool my house down at all. So we called Diaz service and I spoke to owner Manny Diaz had great knowledge of what was probably wrong with unit. Had a technician come out and he check my unit out. Sure enough it was part. That he told me about and in 2 days he was able to fix my unit and help me cool my house down. Love the service and would reccomend Diaz Services to anyone.

My evaporative cooler needed to be replaced and I received 4 or 5 different quotes for the job. Diaz services was able to give me a very competitive quote for the work and was able to work with some additional requests. They installed a mini split and converted the evaporative cooler to a new refrigerated air unit. They took extra care and had covid protocols in place. They made sure I understood the entire process as well as financing. Although it was a stressful situation, Mr. Diaz is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He made the entire process as seamless and stress free as it could be and I am so happy that I was referred to him by another happy customer. I will definitely use Diaz Services in the future.

Brent & Jesus were polite, patient, and very knowledgeable with my old AC refrigeration unite. They explained their work step by step on my unit inside, and outside on my compressor. My wife is going to be so happy. Thank you Diaz Services for your professionalism and attention to detail.

Diaz Services did an exceptionally great job in replacing my two refrigeration units at my home. Within 24 hours of my call with both units down and temperatures in the 100 plus degrees Mr Diaz had us back on a very comfortable 72 degrees. His crew was very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. I received bids from 2 other companies. Diaz was not the cheapest nor the highest bid that I received. After checking with some of the installation he had done in my area it did not take me long to give Diaz Services My business

I have used Diaz Services for the last 3 season cycles. They have prepared my house for summer and for winter and they have been very good. I just had my house converted from summer to winter and Garry was my technician and he was THE BEST yet!! He was very thorough and when I asked questions he was able to answer them and give me an assurance that all is well. He checked my filters, checked for any gas leaks. Best service from them and I’ve been very satisfied over the years. I would rate them a 10!!! Thank you!!

I want to thank Manny Diaz and his entire crew for the quality work they did on my parents home. My dad has been complaining for years about the swamp cooler on his roof and how it just can’t keep up with the El Paso HEAT. Diaz Services came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. They installed a new refrigeration system and upgraded my fathers old, screw-in fuse panel by Federal Pacific, to a new reconfigured circuit panel. I was having trouble with my home warranty; claimed they couldn’t find a local company to do the job. (my air conditioner had stopped working for 3 days) So, I called Diaz services and they immediately agreed.
The owner himself took the initiative and called my home warranty himself to give his information. Diaz services fixed my air conditioner on the same day and did an excellent job. They even let me know what I needed to do to prevent my air going out in the future! I’m very pleased and appreciate their professionalism and timeliness.

Diaz Services really went far and beyond my expectations. I called the office on Tuesday afternoon because my AC was blowing warm air. I spoke with Renee and she promptly scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday morning. Aaron the technician showed up on time the next morning! He checked my unit, explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Great customer service. I love working with locally owned businesses.

Great knowledgeable staff, I was having issues with my system and noticed these guys were servicing a unit next door. I spoke with Niko about the issue I was having and he sent me one of the techs on-site Arturo. Both where very professional and attentive and Arturo was able to quickly give me some tips on what to do. I did what they told me to do and my unit is up and running g without any issues. Thank you both for the great service. Will definitely work with them again and would highly recommend.

If you are looking for professional kindness and thorough hard workers that know their stuff, Diaz Service is the place to call. They have a client in me for as long as own my home!
Since the day of putting my work request in, Diaz Service have been on point. I received a call from them not even 15 minutes later to set up an appointment. Gary, was very professional and very sweet. He worked hard to get my A/C to run properly again. He explained everything to me in details I could understand. And made sure I was OK with everything he was going to do. He was even cool to my dad (who thinks he can work on everything 😆). He didn’t sugarcoat anything and was straight forward when letting me know how old and out dated my equipment was, and that if was subject to give out soon.
Well, that’s just what happened a couple of days later. I had no problems with them coming back out to check the issue. After figuring out the compressor crapped out, they worked with my home warranty to get it resolved.
Manny (the owner) called me to explain when the warranty company would take care of and he also gave me a few other options to work with. They will be back out to take care of the compressor soon (update to follow). Thank you guys and gal! 😉

We got a prompt response from Diaz Services when our air conditioner was blowing warm air. Brent was a compete professional and took the time to show me the issues within the unit. The cost to fix the problem was fair and I will definitely use Diaz Services in the future.

Called Diaz services for a recent home purchase to come and answer a few of my questions. They informed me that there would be an assessment fee of $125.
The technician showed up late, but he was professional and seemed to answer a few of my questions although he didn't really propose a solution to a few of the problems that he pointed out. He also gave me incorrect information about the wiring required for a smart thermostat that I was looking to install (which I had to troubleshoot later).
I paid the fee and he left.
A few weeks later I get a call from Diaz services stating that they have been trying to reach me regarding the $125 assessment fee. I honestly forgot I paid it, the person on the phone assured me that I did not because they had sent several requests for payment. After a quick check of my bank account, I found the proof that I did, in fact, pay the fee in full on the same day as the assessment.
I had to call Diaz services back and inform them that I did pay and that I had proof, and would like a receipt for payment. Not so much as an apology. Poor customer service, billing department, and overall satisfaction was left severely lacking. Very unfortunate.
If you use their service be sure to ask for receipt of payment because I get the feeling I am not the only person this happens to.
