I was subjected to 2 unlawful, fraudulent, and deceptive business practices by this company today 2/5/26. 1st, they refused to honor a prearranged price for labor-only for the service and denied the $95 trip charge "free service call with repair" coupon on their website that they had offered me in advance on the phone twice and even when the repairman first got here by later on making up some excuse while here that i wasn't getting a repair and of course I was! 2nd they refused to give me an email, a piece of paper, or anything with a bill for services or estimate or invoice saying i had to pay them first and then they would give me something. I refused and made a hand-done invoice/bill with the guy in which he and I wrote it up and then I paid him. Under law no one has to hand over money without a bill of sale or estimate or invoice. I called the office and talked to Joanna Bernal the office manager who refused to do anything about both of the unlawful practices and told me to contact their legal department. While I won't be doing that I will be filing 2 breach of consumer law complaints with the Texas and New Mexico Attorney Generals since its a Texas company doing work here in New Mexico. I will also dispute the fraudulent, un-agreed-to charges with my credit card company. To be reasonable, I am perfectly willing for them to come back and complete the work at the prior-agreed-upon price and I will pay them in full for that at that time. But hey Las Cruces WATCH OUT for the unlawful and fraudulent practices of this SoBellas company I experienced and also complained about by hundreds of other people in these reviews- sort by lowest and you'll see!

Sobellas just converted my family’s home from evaporative to refrigeration cooling and put in a new heater as well. As always they were extremely professional and prompt. Carlos Bernal came out to assess the job and then made the appointments and followed up with us. From the time Carlos first came to the house until job was finished all went smoothly. Units installed in one day! Carlos has followed up with us and is making the appointment for the city inspector to come check it out. We all appreciate the customer service and professionalism that Sobellas and their crew exhibit.

Professional, courteous, good communicators. Joe called 30 minutes before arriving, to let me know he was on his way. Knowledgeable, efficient. Awesome from my first call to their office through completion of the job.

Joaquin Lerma arrived at the specified time and provided quality service to our heating units. He was polite and professional. I also liked that he put on the yellow booties before entering our home.

Very fast service. They were able to come out same day to take a look. They also came prepared with the part they needed to fix my washer. Washer now works perfectly. Repair took less than an hour. Joe A. was also very informative and friendly.

First time using SoBellas and it was great! They truly live up to their reputation and the technician we had that serviced my HVAC, was great...very knowledgeable and helped me to figure out a problem I was having with my furnace. Ultimately ending in me needing to replace a thermostat, which I did and now my heat works again. I will definitely use them again!

Eddie F. came out to service my HVAC at precisely the time he said he would. He was extremely knowledgeable and was quick to answer all the questions I had. Good job to team SoBellas! They have a team of profesional, knowledgeable technicians.

Anytime we've had HVAC issues we've contacted SoBellas. They always respond quickly and their service is the best. Our technician Alberto Garcia was awesome! Provided us with helpful information and even noticed something unrelated needed maintenance! Good looking out Albert!

Saul B. was fantastic to work with. He installed a unit to drain our refrigerated A/C unit correctly. He explained everything, fixed everything correctly, and was honest and reliable. I would recommend using him .

Extremely helpful company. Never done business with them but I'm glad I did. Robert took my call and set up service. Alberto gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes before he showed up (awesome staff). Job was done and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend them!!!

One of the only places left in El Paso to service swamp coolers… great customer service and timely response for service. Service is always above and beyond to ensure my unit is protected in the winter. I especially love that I can pay smaller payments through the year instead of a lump sum up front. Very grateful for SoBellas and their techs!

Amazing customer service. I was able to go get a hold of them to work on a small apartment that needed service. Sergio and his technicians were extremely professional and easy to work with. They were able to resolve the issue within the next day. Will be using them in the future.

Saul did an excellent job, he diagnosed the issue, obtained the necessary part, and returned the same day to install it and fix my AC unit. I have used this service three times, they always provide a fast and excellent service.

Eddie was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure our heating system was running perfectly before leaving. He was respectful, efficient, and left the area clean and organized. It is rare to find such great service these days. I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. I was able to get helped by Carlos Bernal who was sweet careful and overall amazing! He gave me an estimate within 24 hours of my call and was able to get started not even 72 hours after! He was so professional and will specifically ask for him next time!

I do NOT recommend SoBellas for appliance repair. On the positive side, the repairman who came to our house was very courteous and professional. However, SoBella's parts and labor prices are absolutely outrageous. They quoted me a price of over $400 (about $200 for labor, $200 for one part) to repair a very simple, basic washing machine. After paying the $95.00 service fee, I was able to find out what part was the culprit behind my issue. I bought it online and made the repair for $35.00 in 10 minutes. I have been told that this company is using a new pricing book that inflates the prices for both parts and labor. Furthermore, this company wants customers to sign up for an expensive "home maintenance plan" that will have you spend about $250 annually in order to avoid service charges. Are there better repair companies out there? Who knows, but know what you'll be getting with SoBellas if you call them for appliance repair.

Called Sobellas this morning to fix the water dispenser on my refrigerator. Eddie arrived at the scheduled time and did a thorough inspection. Found the water line was frozen and fixed it. He did a great job. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Patrick was the technician who helped me when my oven stopped working, and he was wonderful to work with. He was professional, courteous, and did excellent work while keeping a positive attitude, even when unexpected issues came up. The necessary parts did need to be replaced, and while it wasn’t inexpensive, the pricing was fair and absolutely worth it. I’d definitely recommend him. 10 out of 10.

SoBella's provided us with outstanding customer service and support during our recent AC installation. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Dispatcher Sam, David Ramirez, and Juan Rubio did excellent work. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Carlos Bernal also deserves special recognition for coordinating everything and making sure things went smoothly and kept us updated every step of the way.
