I called this company to turn my A/C for one of my rental properties out of convenience due to the fact that I don't have a lot of time due to my work schedule. They came out and turned on my A/C and had made a lot of recommendations when in reality they weren't needed. I agreed went along with the recommendations and had them perform the job. Once we the job was done I paid them in full. A day later my tenant called me that the A/C was not cooling properly and there was a lot of water leaking from the A/C. I called Times Refrigeration to repair the issues. They sent out a tech and supposedly they took care of the problem. Two days later I get call from the tenant once again stating the same problem. I called the company once again and left several messages. I did not get a response until 3 days later. I went out to the rental and repaired the technicians work. I spoke with management and they only made excuses for their technician. Needless to say when you hire so called trained experts to service your A/C I would be very careful in hiring this company because they will be very diligent in charging you for their faulty workmanship but when it comes to fixing their own work, you might end up fixing their work for them and being charged for it as well. Consumer Beware

I've long been a client of Times and have always been greatly satisfied with their service, courtesy, flexibility, help, and personnel. Though I typically only call them twice a year seasonally for air conditioner and heater service, I've done so and will continue to do so for many years. As reliable and pleasant as the years are. :)

Very courteous, apparently they do their job. Apparently.

First time the furnace broke, they came in and fixed it, charged me their service fee, no problem, I was happy. Second time, they came in and fixed it again, and charged me again .... fine, no problem ... next time around (same season, mind you), they came in, stayed in for three hours and charged me for three hours of service. At $85 a pop, I have already paid them $425. Now the furnace broke. Again. Am I calling them? Not likely.

I am from Advanced Auto Diagnostics and we do not like to give bad reviews to anyone, but I gave one star because you cannot give 0 STARS. The Repair we got was terrible the system performed worst when the tech left than when he started. He came back two days later and could not find the problem(Charged for both service calls) I called the owner and he promised to come the same day or the next. Never happened. I called again, never got a call back or visit. Called another Business/Fixed the problem in 1/2 hour.

Mateo was professional, kind and efficient. He explained what the issue was and how to maintain and prevent issues in the future.

Carmen was also great! She gave me an original time window and within an hour called me back with someone who was available hours before promised.

Absolutely love Times! They were so patient with helping me fix my A/C and I talked to Claudia and she was super sweet to help me.They came to my house super quick and got the job done beautifully! Highly recommend Times!

Great experience from beginning to end. I was able to get an estimate same day I called and was able to install a new AC within a couple of days. Entire process only took two days. Juan and Freddy were incredibly professional and respectful of my home and Claudia was great with paperwork and financing help. Would 10/10 recommend.

I've used Times Refrig for many years now. A few weeks ago, called to have my swamp cooler turned on. Tech Dale came out within a couple of days. He stated what needed to be repaired, it got fixed & pads also had to be ordered so I had to wait a few days for them to arrive & be installed. I also thank Carmen for the kindness she gave with me having to call several times. I've always gotten great service with Times.

I highly recommend this place! I called one morning and by the same afternoon Mateo came here to do a diagnosis, he was very professional and kind, I liked the he tried many things to fix my HVAC before deciding on the motor so that tells you they’re not interested in overpricing you. The next day Dale came to replace the motor and he was quick and effective, I also compared their prices and they’re the best in town without compromising quality and efficiency! I have been a customer for a number of years they have service my heater furnace. This year we decided to install a Hvac system combined with air refrigeration and heater. I was tired of going up the roof and starting my air conditioner. I called Time Refrigeration A/C & heating Co. set up an appointment and Victor Sanchez gave me an estimate which was reasonable. They were very busy but set up appointment for the beginning of month of July 2024. They were quick and install in the system in 2 days. A great crew Juan, and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable and very clean work. What a difference now with the new unit. COOL! house now. Thank you again Times Refrigeration Co. and thank you Claudia in the office for the quick paperwork.

Fantastic and friendly service! They came the same day I called and when the problem continued after they had left they came back writhing half an hour of me calling and stayed past 6 pm until the problem was fixed. I want to thank especially Juan for being so friendly and informative during our ac repair.

Excellent work performed by the crew and met my expectations in my new duct work installation. Manny, Alex, and his crew are professional, hardworking, and exceptional. One of the best prices for a new installed duct work. My previous old duct work was almost fifty years old with rust and holes in it was time to replace. The ladies in the office at TIme's are very nice everyone seems very nice and friendly.

I had an issue with my system. We just moved here from Phoenix. Word of mouth was to call Times Refrigeration. They did not disappoint at all. Best Value and professionalism at its finest. I can see why they have been in the business over 40 years. Highly recommend them!

After surveying many quotes from HVAC contractors, we decided to go with Times Refrigeration.
We needed a new furnace, as the old one surrendered its life after so many years and the second level swamp cooler was nearing its end too, so we decided to have it replaced also.

We called Times Refrigeration. The front office personnel, Sally, was very helpful as she guided us through their process. She sent their HVAC employee, Mateo, to provide us the FREE estimate. He was cordial, polite and very businesslike. Mateo asked to see the furnace and the A/C unit. He then proceeded to analyze the situation. Once he provided us with the written estimate, we told him we would have an answer for them before the end of business.

The total estimated cost was very reasonable, compared to the other estimates we got from the other HVAC companies.
I immediately called Sally and told her we liked the numbers and would like to contract Times Refrigeration to R&R our AC and furnace.
Sally and I settled on the date and time. On that specific date, Sally called to inform us that she’ll be sending two HVAC employees, Mateo and Carlos, and that the team would be arriving at our house between the hours of 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. True to her word, her employees showed up at 9:00 AM sharp. Both employees (Carlos and Mateo) introduced themselves and with a firm handshake they greeted me. From the onset, their demeanor was professional. Since Mateo already knew where the furnace was located at, he showed Carlos where he would be starting his work. Another Times Refrigeration employee (Alfredo) showed up to assist. He took over the furnace duties and Carlos assisted Mateo who took care of the AC. By the end of the that day, we had a new furnace and a new A/C.

Times Refrigeration did such a good job that, a day or two later, I hired them again to handle another furnace as our house has two furnaces. Sally sent Mateo, he surveyed the job and provided me with the estimate. Since I was already familiar with the quality of their work, I accepted the estimate immediately. And again, the quoted price was very reasonable.

We (Sally and I) agreed on the date and time for the R&R of the old furnace. She sends their team. Again, they are at my front door by 9:00 AM sharp. By the middle of the afternoon, we had a new furnace.

Overall, my family and I are happy with the quality of work that the Times Refrigeration employees, (Mateo, Carlos and Alfredo) did. They cleaned up the work area and took all the boxes with them.

Weeks later, I hired them to Winterize our new A/C and furnaces. And I’ll be calling them in March of 2026 to prep the units for Summer.

I contracted Times Refrigeration to install my HBAC about 11 yrs ago and they come every year to do a yearly maintenance on my unit to make sure system is always running properly. Very please with customer care and service.

Times Refrigeration installed my Rheem heat pump and has done a great job when work was needed to keep it working. Recently the Evaporator Coil was replaced under warranty. Their super-tech “Mateo” did a great job of removing the old unit and installing a new one. The office staff is courteous and efficient and always doing their best to assist their customers. I am happy with their performance and will continue to use them for my heating and air conditioning needs!
