Fantastic! It was my first experience with an AC repair service in El Paso, and they certainly lived up to my expectations. Their pricing is fair, and I definitely plan on using their services again in the future. Being familiar with the AC repair industry myself, I value it when companies don't attempt to inflate their prices. Roman was incredibly professional in his approach to AC repair. He clearly explained the purpose of his visit and even provided insight into other services that Samuel's Best Air Masters offer that could be of great value to me. Before leaving my residence in El Paso, he informed me about some updates in the customer communication methods.

After a quick assessment, the technician efficiently restored our cooling system, leaving us perfectly comfortable.

The manager was courteous and explained the costs before dispatching the technician. My technician, Cory, was an expert in his field and paid attention to my concerns. They proposed an AC maintenance plan, which I didn't opt for at the moment. They were contacted at 7:55 am and arrived in El Paso by 3:50 pm on the same day. My AC was fixed by 4:40 pm. I greatly valued their prompt service and high level of professionalism. I will definitely avail of their AC repair services again and highly recommend them. Thank you.

I have used Sun Valley twice in the last 7 years to install heating to replace an old furnace and install refrigerated air. They have always kept their appointments, always responded quickly to any questions or any issues that came up with the installation. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Refused to abide by his own policy which guarantees his work.

I purchased a new property and he services the unit and guaranteed the work. It has been less than 30 days and he would not come out to the property and check the issue. He stated the electricity must have have shut off when we transferred service and this must have reset the thermostat.

I explained the AC kept shutting on and off which was part of the issue he initial “repaired.” He then stated I needed to pay once more for them to come out and evaluate the issue.

Very rude, not customer friendly. I needed a 20$ part, he said I had to change the whole 5000$ furnace, very ignorant on parts and brands.

This store came in on the clutch with a contactor I needed to fix my AC that stopped working. $9 fix. preciate it guys.

Been a customer for the last 17 years and this is by far my favorite (HVAC/R) store.

This Johnstone Supply store will give you a dollar for every $50 you spend (to use at their store of course) no other supplier does this.
