My AC unit was installed in October. This week when the weather hovered in the 100's, it began making rumbling noises and then stopped cooling. Anchor Air responded immediately and problem-solved until the unit was humming quietly and cooling perfectly!

Anchor crew responded promptly and provided friendly courteous service and gave me great recommendations. I’m especially impressed by the friendliness and quick work by JC. Great job! 👍🏼

Called on a Tuesday shortly before noon about a bad A/C at one of my apartments. Technicians showed up about 3 hours later, diagnosed the problem to be a leaking evaporator coil. They installed the the new part the following morning. Tenant happy, landlord happy. Very professional staff and reasonable prices.

Excellent service and the team came back the next day to ensure everything was working properly. We also have a smart thermostat and that still works perfectly!

Anchor Air always does a great job for a great price. Took care of our Evap. Cooler problem within 2 hours of us calling to see if they worked on Evap. Coolers (not everyone does anymore). Arthur's team is always on point. Wouldn't use anyone else for HVAC.

I’m a long time customer but this is my first air conditioner purchase with them. After getting several quotes, we chose Anchor Air because they had the best pricing and helped us choose the best brand and model for our needs. The install went off without a hitch and did not need modifications to our curb because Arthur was able to get us the same brand air conditioner so they were able to basically just drop it in.

Prompt on time, the 2 gentlemen were courteous. If you want to support veterans, Mr Nieto the owner is a veteran. I will definitely use Anchor for future and I recommend for refrigeration needs.

Amazing! Work! I even gave them some free books we had because they were such good readers on top of all their technical knowledge! Amazing company with friendly and professional technicians. They even went out of their way to work on Memorial Day day when they found out we had a newborn! Can’t sing their praises enough! Amazing work at an amazing price! Done right the first time!

Author from Anchor Air ,set up my Daikin Mini Split 7 years ago . He has only serviced it once for condensation problem and 1 for tenet not knowing how to use the controller. It has not had any major problems
I am so thankful to have someone to call and responds quickly to questions and knowing he can be trusted.
Hopefully , my min-split will last a little longer but if I need to replace it, I know who to call.

THE PROBLEM TURNED OUT TO BE OF MY OWN MAKING. But JC arrived the same day called and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Anchor Air to everyone with HVAC problems.

Technicians came in and got my heater ready for winter. Very courteous team. Showed me what I can do during the winter to keep the unit working efficiently and checked twice for a noise I had last year, but didn't show up during their visit. Figures. ☹️ They would come back out anytime I would need them. Sticking with Anchor Air from now on. Good price for service.
