I had been struggling with fixing my existing solar system for the past 8 months. Many electricians would come by and “check” but would never come back. Gabriel, Monique, Ricardo and Valentin were quick to respond; they came on the same day I asked for help, and were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a total of 3 hours!!! Will be forever grateful for their assistance as my system is back up and running. Will 100% recommend Chill Pro!

From the first call with Chill Pro LLC, I knew that it was the right choice. Winter was fast approaching, and I needed to get the heater up and running for my home. The voice behind the call was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease and scheduled the service call right away at a very reasonable cost. The technicians showed up on time as promised. They kept me informed on what was being done and proceeded in completing the task. Later that afternoon, I received a followed up call to ensure everything was running smoothly and to answer any questions or concerns I may have, which were none. After this call, and the excellent service I received, I knew I didn’t have to search anywhere else for future heater and A/C maintenance needs. This was two years ago which includes heater and A/C shuts down and startups. The technicians are top-notch; they take pride in the work they do, and Monique is just simply amazing orchestrating it all. Customer service is truly outstanding! Highly recommended!! Since I called to set up an appointment, Monique made me feel very comfortable. She explained what was included with the maintenance of my heater. I was having problems with my water air conditioner so I called Chill Pro LLC and talk Noe and he came over next day and we went over several options and what I really like about Noe it’s that He was not there just to sell me his product but he look over to see what was better for us . He took his time to explain us several options and we were able to pick what was better for us . When the technicians Kevin and Gilberto came to do the installation they were real professionals and answered all the questions that I had also I had some questions for the electrician Valentin and he help me with everything. They did all the job in just one day I really recommended Chill Pro LLC , they did a great job on my house. Now my house is really cold thanks.

This company really helped us out in a pinch! Our solar panel system stopped responding, and some places were charging us 250$ just to check the system. Chill Pro was such a great help and very professional. The tech Gabriel was very knowledgeable and courteous. 100% recommend Chill Pro!

Our thermostat gave out in this 100 degree weather and when I called Chill Pro, I received friendly customer service from Monique but it didn't stop there. Wow, she was able to squeeze me on the same day! Within one hour the technician Gilbert arrived and was professional and well prepared to install a new one. Excellent staff & service!!

I was a huge fan of the company that Chill Pro bought out - Dosher Refrigeration. I was hesitant to use Chill Pro but was more than pleasantly surprised! Miguel responded to our issue quickly; provided me with all my options; offered a very resonable price but more importantly, super quick and attentive service. Miguel never tried to over sell me anything and I never got the impression he was simply looking to replace something and rather addressed the specific issue. Most times El Paso technicians love to remove and replace parts - filling landfills. Chill Pro will be my go to HVAC guys for me for awhile!

Miguel was great! He fit me in on Friday going into Labor Day week and along with Jared they replaced the evaporative cooler with a new unit for my rental home. They were awesome. Thank you!

Awesome company, me and my wife were concerned about our furnace this winter and whether it may be leaking gas, the tech they sent out was awesome, didn't cost much to be safe and im very satisfied with the help he gave us, we have a newly built home so we have our concerns, he was very informative and professional, I felt he went the extra mile and checked our oven for us as well, (Gas Oven/ Gas Furnace), thanks guys
