Justin was able to give me a very fair price on a split system install. He was honest and went out of his way to make the process simple. I was pleasantly surprised when the install took roughly 4 hours. Installer was here right on time and did a very clean and efficient job. Will recommend AXIS to all my family and friends.

Awesome showing up on a timely matter. Last year I couldn’t get anyone to even show up from other companies so AC went unfix. This year was a “one and done” resolution, loved the AxisAir experience.

I can't say enough good things about Axis Air! They recently upgraded my house from an old swamp cooler and outdated furnace to a modern refrigerated air system. The entire process was seamless.

This house didn’t have any existing ductwork. They installed all-new ductwork, and also upgraded my outdated 1950s fuse box to meet current safety codes. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative. They explained everything clearly, worked diligently, and completed the job on schedule.

Addition: We've been calling for a resolution w no answer. I think they're refusing to answer our calls because how is no one ever in the office? We paid this company a lot of money for a product that'll need follow-up service and we can't rely on them to fulfill that need. We still havent received our vents or our refund for the work we shouldn't have been charged for. I'm really unsatisfied and disappointed. I expected better.

Original: Their communication is terrible. We had work done just over a year ago and called in for a leak. Whatever they fixed wasn't part of the warranty, tho it should've been. They asked us to leave a review so here it is. We've waited over a year for our vents they were supposed to install as part of the new a/c set up. The clog happened after the new a/c was installed after 20+yrs of no leaks. They offered a military discount and then didn't honor it. They don't return our calls or texts. I just want my vents, and my discount for services I shouldn't have had to pay for to begin w since I had a warranty. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I recommend Axis great company they respond quick if you have any issues with your AC unit. Outstanding customer service would definitely recommend if you looking into getting refrigerated air

My AC wasn't acting quite right, so I reached out to Axis Air. I was surprised to get an appointment as quickly as I did, and very grateful! Jorge did some very thorough troubleshooting and maintenance. He was very personable and patiently answered all of my questions. He put my mind at ease because I was very concerned about the cost if something major was wrong. He assured me he would figure out what was wrong, and he did. My system is working very well now. I went from hot and cranky to cool and relaxed. Thank you, Jorge! Thank you, Axis Air!

The owner has been ghosting me for about two weeks now? It's not even that big of a deal... just some filters we were promised. But this lack of communication makes me unconfident in other things that they said would be included in my AC/furnace system. Like the set warranty was 'guaranteed' even though we didn't get the AC/furnace/compressor combo but honestly at this point it might've been a sales tactic. I'll have to call the manufacturer to be sure.

This also does not make me confident in their ability to be reachable if something goes wrong with my system. Will they ignore me then also?

All in all I would not recommend Axis Air. I shouldn't have to think about this system too much

Called axis air and they had availability the next day. Gave me a range of time of arrival and they arrived within that window. The guys (Juan) were so friendly and nice and found the issue right away. They fixed it immediately. So grateful for the fast response and great service as it was causing damage inside our home. 10/10 would recommend and use for future needs.

I highly recommend Axis Air! Every time we call, whether it's to upgrade a unit on our properties or to address an issue, the service is always prompt. I also appreciate how Justin and his team pay attention to detail and take the time to thoroughly explain the issue and exactly what was done to resolve it. We'll continue to rely on them for all of our service needs!!

It has been over a year and I never received the included/promised filters for my unit. I contacted Justin and Axis air many times the first 4 months. Many promises but they never came through. After contact for 3 months, I was also promised a service for my unit and the filters, just the same, never came through. Reading the reviews I'm not the only customer. Axis Air is not true to their word.

Biggest mistake and waste of time and money. He failed two inspections and is in the process of having to pay for a new permit. He used drywall screws for an outdoor application as well as using illegal tape to wrap hoses. Check his complaints on BBB. Once he receives payment he is gone with the wind. Put on blacklist. Total con.

I recommend Axis Air to everyone I meet with A/C problems or new installs. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and prompt. I had my A/C fixed in September 2023 and they really put in some work to bring it back to life. Unit worked great until recently (May 2025), called them up and they had someone out there early the next morning bringing it back to life again. Thank you Justin!

After shopping around and getting quotes from various companies around town I decided on Axis Air. Justin the sales rep/owner was ready to go my house a couple hours after i saw their advertisements to set up a quote, within minutes, I decided to go with them because he offered me the best price on a Trane, not only that, the attention to detail prompt responsivenes, courteous treatment by explaining the process and asked us if we had any questions during the installation and being on time ready to go by having equipment in stock ready to install the next morning on time by fully equipped crew which was impressive. I would definitely recommend A++++.

Unreliable. I scheduled a preventive maintenance appointment with them on three different ocassions July 3 2019, March 19 2020 and August 25 2025 and did not show up. I don't know why I even tried after the first time they didn't show up. I originally installed my ac unit with them but it shows they don't care about returning customers.

Called Axxis air regarding a potential clog in the condesation line and was helped by Stephanie who setup an appointment. The tech that came out was on time and very professional, fixed the drain and also did a quick cleaning of the unit as well as resealing the duct. They also checked the Freon levels and recommended we fill them at a later time since it is not AC season and would be harder to detect any leaks, after the service was completed I spoke with Justin who verified the service and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Recommend 100%, will be calling them back in the spring!

Justin and his crew were extremely helpful and handled themselves with the utmost professionalism thought the entire process.

I spoke to them Monday morning for a quote and by 1pm on Tuesday the entire installation was complete. I recommend Axisair to anyone in need of ditching their swamp cooler or needing any repairs done.

I was very Leary about hiring a contractor as I’ve read a bunch of stories about El Paso contractors not being honest. Axis Air was nothing but awesome. The owner Justin personally came by after the installation to verify everything , staff was friendly and knowledgeable, we would recommended them to anyone 5 star service

Justin and his team were amazing!
We did a conversion from an evaporative cooler to an A/C system.
The consult was quick and easy. Justin explained everything clearly.
The next morning, Justin's team arrived on time and got to work right away. Six hours later, our new system was up and running!
One really cool moment for me was when the crane arrived! Lol
Axis Air was a Godsend! We'll definitely be calling them again for future projects!
