I thought I had solutions for my hot water and heating...I was incorrect. Troy the technician gave me all the information I need to make a well informed decision. He was very patient & kind. Love working with him.

The wait time from when the Rep inspected the water heater and the techs to arrive was a bit long. However, the Rep was very professional and the techs were fast and efficient. The Techs were fast as in "slow.is smooth, smooth as fast". They work quick enough to get the job done in under two hour, but not quick enough for mistakes.
The Techs replaced the water heater, the tray underneath, and even lined the flooring area with a metal liner too. Duct work was replaced. And tested the system for any leaks, again all under two hours.
For me, I feel they are a little pricey. But, I am not an expert and I did some research before this job. The price they quoted was on par with the market.

I recommend this company for sure, no doubt.

Best service. I have used them for multiple things around my house and I have never been disappointed. I would like to acknowledge Chris for the excellent service he has provided us over the years. I always ask for him to service and maintain our heating and cooling systems.

We came across some unexpected damaged duct work in my home. After several quotes and options , Mechanical Technologies came and performed the work. Let me say that the attention to detail the staff has was very impressive, from the overall work to the cleanup. Highly recommend

The estimate/install request was responded within 2 days, the estimate was scheduled right away, and was completed within 2 days. The install was scheduled and finished within a week, which was much sooner than expected. The supervisor to estimate explained and answered all the questions patiently and professionally. The technician is polite, patient, knowledgeable and skillful, and worked extra hard to get the job completed. It is a beautiful job done!

Been using them for a year. Great service, always on time and reliable. I appreciate how they take the time to explain what they are doing and show me pictures of the units and what they are seeing. Highly recommend the routine care especially with the dust storms we have!

A team of two Technicians was sent to my home on the 28th of May 2025. They arrived promptly and were polite and courteous. They did their job proficiently and they were knowledgeable in their skill. A 3rd Technician showed up and a little later on he detected gas leaking from the gas meter which prompted me to call the gas co. They in turn fixed the leaks from the meter but detected a leak underground, which is being fixed. The electrician came later and did the final hook up and I am now the owner of refrigerated air in my home. So, congratulations to me! Thank you to all who participated in this success story. I am very disappointed with Mechanical Technologies' service. Their services are VERY expensive, but the quality of the materials they use for installation is very poor. I paid over $2,300 for the purchase and installation of a water heater. The hoses on top of the heater are bent. They work, but I don't know how long it will take for them to fail. I think the salesperson should have ordered a "short" water heater instead of a "tall" one. I do not recommend Mechanical Technologies' services at all. They are VERY expensive, and I think the salesperson misjudged the size of the water heater. Furthermore, the quality of the materials is very poor, and the person who installed the water heater left the drain pan bent.

I reached out to Don to perform a water heater replacement in New Mexico this week.
Don suggested a better quality replacement and a source to purchase the unit and then arranged the installation in one day.
I intend to use Don ( Mechanical Technology) for any future work. He is a great resource to install water heaters and HVAC units and systems.

Overall, a great experience for having to have my HVAC replaced. Don met with me, and we discussed my options, and he was not high pressure to make a sale but realistic. The employees that came to install the conversion are exceptional! Very gracious, respectful and polite. Kept me informed during the process and asked for my preferences along the way. They worked all day without big gaps of down time, if fact they did not even leave for lunch. Cleaned their mess and when there was more material than they had room for to haul away, neatly put aside and came back the next day to remove the remainder. I would definitely use them again or recommend to anyone else.

If you want your water heater installed properly so you dont have continuous issues with it, use Mechanical Technologies. They're a little more expensive than hiring a handyman or plumber but it's worth it to have everything professionally installed. They were quick, personable, and left no messes.

We got a few quotes and Innovair was the most reasonable price especially with experiencing a shortage on supplies. Most other companies wanted to upcharge due to the shortage and had a two week + waiting period. They installed a 4 ton Champion Package unit in one day. The technicians were professional and Gregory did an excellent job of explaining and performing a walk thru on the installation. Will recommend to family and friends and use them for our future needs. Thank You EP Innovair!

Highly recommend. From the initial estimate to the day of installation all the employees were very professional. Helped us find the best option for us. The day of the installation they made everything so simple and worked non-stop. The installation crew went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

Stay away from this company!!! I was selling my house and the potential buyer hired them to see if the A/C unit needed repair, but they said it was better to replace it because supposedly the unit had so many issues. I hired another HVAC company and got the air filters replaced, did some standard maintenance things and the AC unit works perfect. I went from possibly buying a $12K unit to replacing filters for $60. What a ripoff of a company.

I wish my experience with this company was as great as all the rest of the reviews on here… I’m really disappointed at how expensive this conversion was and how poorly it performs. For a year I struggled with gas leaks from the installation and inadequate cooling. Every time the techs came out to look at the unit they washed their hands of it “the system is running how it’s supposed to”. Ok…. But i have my thermostat set at 65 degrees and the house is still in the upper 70s…. Then in June (more than a year after installation) i realized that the bathtub overflow drain was sucking in air every time the AC was running. Had to have someone come out and install an additional air return vent which should’ve been part of the initial installation. After that the unit finally stopped working so hard and the house started getting cool. Now there’s issues again and no one is willing to acknowledge that I should not have to deal with as many issues as I’ve had in a year for a conversion as high expensive as $6500. I slept with ice packs in my bed last night cause of the failure of a year old unit…. If I could do it over I would have gone with a different company.

I love these guys, came to give me an estimate on a Sunday which is unheard of now a days. They had my equipment available with in 24 hours, gave me a reasonable price upfront, their competion was double the price. The installation was professional and proficient. Glad I found them, I'd recommend them to anyone

Had a 5-Ton System put in to replace my old cooler. They started in the morning and had finished by the afternoon.

I just was truly impressed with the quality of the installation. They were very understanding of all my questions and made the whole process a pleasure.

That old adage of “you get what you pay for” still seems to hold true. I couldn’t recommend their services enough!
