These guys are by far the best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with. Reliable and on point. Honest and fairly priced. Hard to find these days, but you will be able to find it here.

The service was amazing! Luis made sure we had everything we needed and helped us with all the parts for our new system. Now, we’re feeling nice and fresh! He even let us know about an Electric Company rebate and how we can claim it on our taxes next year. Big thanks for the fast work and great attention to detail!

Luis was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He worked efficiently, paid attention to every detail, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and clearly cares about doing the job right. Thanks to Luis, my home is cool and comfortable again — I’ll definitely be requesting him for any future service!

I was having a problem with my air conditioning and called Chill Pro, this guy Miguel came over and fixed it amazingly! He did a really good job and would 100% recommend him personally!

The electrician was very nice and efficient. Came out to help with some outlet issues. We blew a receptacle, but I already had a spare from my failed attempt to DIY. He pigtailed everything for future issues, and only charged for an hour. Great work

Our a/c stopped working in June during the hottest days. A/C was under warranty with another company. The company kept giving us the runaround for two months. We decided to give Total Air a try because we were dying from the heat and the electricity bills running portable fans day and night were eating into the budget. Total Air employee Raul arrived on time very polite and honest. They made us feel more informed on the situation explained everything throughly. Excellent service will continue to use Total Air for our a/c needs.

We used Total Air for our conversion from evaporative cooler to HVAC system. They are professional and reliable through and through. Their front office is well organized and responsive. Their sales reps are very well-informed and designed a system that met our needs perfectly. The install team worked fast and was considerate of how the process impacted our household. They went above and beyond and just did great work. I will recommend them to everyone i know! We have had such a good experience that I will use them again without hesitation.

on June 6, 2017 I had an A/C unit installed in my home by Total Air, Sean the sale representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the installation. when I called him he always returned my call in a timely manner. I was so impress with Brandon, who is the President of this company, he deliver my unit, took it of the truck, and ensure that I conduct an inspection for any damages. the team that did the installation and the electricians were very respectfully and professional, they answer all of my questions. Angel instruction on the use of digital thermostat was very easy to understand, The site supervisor did a fantastic job explaining the process to me. You customer service is amazing when ever I call them or they call me they very polite and professional. I have served 26 year in the military and Total Air is top notch organization. if you are looking for a A/C unit for your resident our business. I highly recommend this company you will not regret it

We had to get our old machine replaced. We spoke to several other providers, but Chris took the time to explain what the process will be and worked to help us get what we needed taken care of before, during, and after the install.
Alejandro and Ernie were our installers. They were great! Once they had the machine installed they walked us through how to use the thermostat. Very good guys.
After a few weeks we noticed that the machine was making some rattling noises. We called and they sent out Joe! Joe is a cool guy! He has serviced our old machine before. Joe came out and tighten everything back up getting rid of the rattle. From the people who answer the phone to the techs that come out, this company is top notch! We highly recommend Total Air!

My experience with Total Air has been a very positive one. They are definitely about honesty and providing the best customer service possible. Janette and Jackie were so nice and informative over the phone. The techs Joe and Gabe were friendly, knowledgeable and were happy to explain everything. For the 2 appointments I had, they showed up on time (once I was even called to see if I wanted them to come earlier than the schedule time). They diagnosed an issue that had been missed for many years. Joe even took pictures of the unit on the roof so he could show me what the issues were and then showed me the actual materials he was going to use before installation. I was happy with the work that was done, the way I was treated, and the fair pricing. I highly recommend this company.

Total Air is an outstanding company! The service and professionalism of the staff and installers was outstanding. I had a very good experience with the sales person, the installers, and the office staff. They actually listen to what the customer desires and then they provide solutions that meet your needs. Other companies I have dealt with would always try to push what they were interested in. Total Air did not do this! The install was excellent. The team was very professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They clearly explained everything and I was most impressed that the owner showed up to checkup on his crew and to talk with me about the install and my overall experience with the company. Total air came out to my mother’s home and fixed her AC. The experience was amazing from start to finish. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite.

I had a great experience with Total Air. Reported a problem with my AC not working and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Joe, the service technician, was excellent. Very professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and fixed the unit within 1/2 an hour. The whole time he was positive, courteous and explained the entire fix. I highly recommend Total Air and Joe.

I was initially pleased with the installation of my mini split. However, unbeknownst to me, the condensation drain line was incorrectly routed, causing my unit to accumulate condensation. Since the warranty had expired, I was prepared to pay for the necessary repairs. Despite two callouts, Total Air technicians repeatedly informed me that they lacked the appropriate tools to fix the issue at the time and that a different team was required for the repair. Regrettably, I paid for their services without any tangible results.

We have been Total Air customers for several years (since our conversion, which was my original review (5 stars)).

Fast forward to today. Total Air continues to be great to work with. We now do the annual maintenance contract and could not be happier. Tony (Antonio) and Joe (the technicians who have always serviced our AC/furnace) are awesome to work with. The attention to detail and just overall great service is so hard to find these days.

Total Air does it the right way and really makes us proud to be their customer. Special thanks again to Tony and Joe for always being great and there when we need them.
