Young guys like 21 or 24 years old. These guys just to patch up their mistakes that they did with my air conditioner. They didn't put jack or stand right that pulley was off as per told by their own people. They had like 10 people to do a small job. 10 people to do a simple job. I helped my pops build my mom's house so I know. They messed up my lights as well. Now they don't turn on. I can see the nails popping out of the ceiling. The supervisor hasn't even came by. They made an appt to come 10/3 in the AM. I canceled appts to be here and yet they haven't came. I called office and they supposedly had me on hold but was able to hear and yet nothing was being done. For 20 min on wait. Hung up called again. For what to say another lie. I dpmt recommend these people. They are young people out there wanting to work and get paid. These young ones like don't care for the quality of job they do. Sad..

Lack of professionalism. Didn’t show up on time or even show up at all. Argumentative, stubborn over text message. I do not recommend using this business at all.

Showed up on time. Accommodated my busy schedule and very reasonable/understanding. Did excellent work even reached out after service to assure everything was running smoothly. Excellent business and will definitely be recommending further.

Sam installed a new AC unit for me last year and did a fantastic job he is a consummate professional and has a great attention to detail. Don't waste your time with the larger HVAC companies, customers are a dime a dozen to them and you will be treated as such believe me I know!! If I could give this company a zero I would. The staff members were hostile, and I did not feel supported by the management team. Would not recommend.

Great customer service, they have their own branded minisplit unit and its the best quality I’ve seen so far K&A model MAJESTIC inverter and it has all the USA certifications!!

I have bought 3 INVERTER 1Ton Mini Splits and have installed them myself as a home owner. Very good product. Super quiet and efficient. I recommend buying the wall bracket they sell. It will make your installation/mounting easy and look professional. Angel is very professional and helpful. Will go back as needed for future projects needing mini splits.
