I highly recommend Serna Refrigeration Heating for your air and heater needs! I had a problem with my air conditioner, I called around first to other businesses in EL Paso and no one could show up until 6 hours later and one business told me the next day. I called Serna Refrigeration Heating and they sent someone to my house within one hour and fixed my air conditioner within 30 minutes. We are a military family and I have referred all my Fort Bliss friends and family to them and they also were very satisfied.

Serna refrigeration did a great job with the conversion to refrigerated air at our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable . They replaced our duct work as well. They took the time to teach us how to properly use the thermostat . I would highly recommend them to others.

We don't understand the negative reviews. My wife and I had John Serna install an air conditioner 5 or 6 years ago and we continue to be pleased. We have not had issues over the years and when I've telephoned for a Preventive Maintenance visit every year or so, they have always responded very quickly.

Charged $120 to diagnose problem and was promised a quote for AC repair but was never contacted. Had to go with another contractor.

It was nice to find someone who is affordable and came as scheduled even with the weather. I appreciated the thoroughness of the service he told me was done and also detailed in writing. I liked that he gave recommendation(s) and will definitely call him again in the future.

AC broke and Matt come over the same day and fixed it. I called other companies and nobody returned my calls. I went to other companies websites, and put in my info to have my AC serviced and nobody called me. Matt is dependable just like the name of his company, and he did great work fixing my AC. RECOMMEND A+++

Matt installed two roof top refrigerated air conditioners to replace our evaporative coolers. Both heating units were replaced along with all new vents throughout the house. He did an excellent job, he is very neat, completed the job on time and for the quoted price. NO EXTRAS. I would hire him again in a minute. He is a real gentlemen and craftsmen which are qualities that are hard to find.

I have used Dependable Refrigeration numerous times over the last 10 years on both of my old refrigerated air conditioners. Matt is a repairman who looks at and fixes the problem with confidence and courtesy. I have had "repairmen" in the past who just said I needed new units or tried to get me to agree to more that "needed" to be done. At a huge cost. Matt does not do that. He fixes the problem presented and will even tell you tips to keep it from happening again. At a VERY REASONABLE RATE. Call him first.

I've been using Dependable Refrigeration with Matt for about 13 yrs and he is very professional and knowledgeable in what he does. He will even go out of his way to give you tips and advice on any issues with your unit. I like that when you ask him anything about an issue or any questions dealing with AC or heating unit, he will give you his honest opinion. You don't find too many businesses like his anymore. Also, I used to get quotes before, and no one comes close to what Matt charges. Thanks again, Matt.
