Armando and his crew do outstanding work with the highest level of professionalism, and I would absolutely recommend them for any job you might need (inspections, installation, servicing/repair) at your home, office, or anywhere else that heating and air conditioning is present/needed.

Installers were very professional & efficient. Installation took approximately 6 hours. Once everything was installed they made sure everything was picked up and areas inside and outside were clean. I was very happy with the installation and highly recommend Western Electric!

I recently had a remarkable experience with EP Western Electric that compelled me to share my story. After struggling for over six weeks and spending more than $800 with another company without resolving my AC issues, I was at my wit's end. The heat was becoming unbearable, so I decided to give EP Western Electric a call.

To my delight, they came out the same day and were incredibly professional. Impressively, they fixed the issue during that very visit. It has been a few weeks since, and my AC unit is still performing flawlessly.

I was so frustrated that I even told them I was prepared to replace the entire unit if necessary. They could have easily taken advantage of my desperation, but they didn’t. Initially, I was informed that some parts needed replacing, which would have cost around $3,000. Instead, they made a final attempt to adjust the settings of the unit, which resolved the problem and saved me approximately $2,500.

EP Western Electric had multiple opportunities to make a quick profit from someone who admitted to knowing little about air conditioning systems. However, they chose to act with integrity and went above and beyond to assist me without exploiting the situation. Finding a company with such honesty and dedication is truly rare in today's economy.

If it were possible, I would gladly give them a rating higher than five stars.

Our carbon monoxide alarm was going off and they were able to fix the issue immediately. They were also able to give our existing refrigeration unit a maintenance that was very much needed. In addition gave us tips on how to make our unit more efficient. We highly recommend their services!

Western Electric has been my go to for electrical services for the past few years and I couldn’t be happier. They are very reliable, affordable & attentive. The staff is very nice and they have always been able to figure out any issues I’ve had and resolve them within the same day. My breaker has popped multiple times due to the overuse of certain areas in my home, Mando recommended the best options to resolve that issue. Since I upgraded to a better replacement, I haven’t had issues again. 10/10 would highly recommend to all my family and friends.

Amazing, amazing company! A very professional and dependable crew of people. They did an exceptional job installing AC in my home. The price was very affordable, not to mention they included a brand new furnace, new vents and an air purifier. They arrived at my home at 9am and finished by 3pm. If I could give EP Western Electric 10 stars, I would. You can tell they take pride in the work they do and that’s hard to find nowadays.

I have never been more impressed by a company. Valeria showed up the day I called. She explained everything in detail. Got me qualified for financing in minutes. Western electric was able to install a brand new ac unit the next day. There were at least 7 people in and out of my house that day and each one of them introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. I am extremely happy with every aspect of their service. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I moved into my commercial unit last winter and just recently noticed my air conditioner was struggling to cool down my unit. Western Electric was able to come out the next day. What I thought would be a diagnostic appointment, quickly turned into a repair. In less than two hours I was finally getting cold air. Not only were they able to fix my air, I had mentioned that I also had a problem with my heater during the winter months, and they were able to take care of that while they were here as well. Quick, Professional, and a great price. I definitely recommend them!

I was having trouble with the lights and ac not working in my business building. I called Western Electric and spoke with Valeria. She is awesome! She got me scheduled for an assessment right away. Armando came and within 15 minutes, had pinpointed the problem and got the ball rolling to make repairs. Valeria kept me informed as well as Armando as to steps needed and cost to make repairs. Armando is awesome too.These people are very professional and proficient at what they do. I couldn't be happier about the job they did.

I am more than satisfied of being a customer with Western Electric. I woke up my home keep in mind how hot it is right now. At this time the inside of the home was over 90°. The AC was not working properly. What company works with you as far as caring and working with you to pay them the day that your paycheck comes in. This says so much About everyone working here. I feel that they definitely care about you and your family. They came that same day fix the AC now I am nice and fresh family is satisfied. I want to give a big shout out and say thank you to Valeria and Armando for having my back and most importantly putting my grandma who is 80 years to not suffer in the heat and my child.

Summer is the worst time for your air conditioner to go out. I had called for Western Electric to check out my unit. They were able to come the next day and get me a quote for a new unit. Wonderful customer service and they installed my unit and took away the old one. Process was only about 3 hours or so and my home is cool again with a wireless thermostat! They’re great at answering questions and making sure I had all the info I needed.
