Very dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrating results. My mother needed a new hvac unit. We are past 30 days and her home smells like tire. I now need to pay someone else to come fix the problem. She has been smelling this for weeks! I would not want this to happen to anyone’s mom or abuelita. New units are not cheap. We paid good money and still dealing with this. Nice family owned business but terrible outcome.

Completely rude and didn’t want to answer my questions, I’m disabled and wanted to get some answers as to why the ducts weren’t blowing the air from the AC evenly throughout my home because o can’t afford to have them come and check it out. I think this could’ve been an easy answer by letting me know all the variables but NOPE he just wanted to drop the call period!!! This company is a waste of time and money if you ask me because of the way they treated me in the phone, it makes me wonder what kind of unprofessional job they would do to fix the problem and not that it’s almost time to use the heaters and with the issues concerning the ducts at this property I’m even more concerned because I have serious health issues!!!

UPDATE: How ironic that this company would turn this around on me, all I wanted was to find out what different kinds of problems the ducts could have in order to prevent full airflow throughout my home. It was a simple question that should have some easy answers to help me “UNDERSTAND” the possibilities that was caused part of my home to be blazing hot inside 2 bedrooms and yes I did tell him about my landlord but this guy tried to make me seem like I was an idiot instead of being concerned about my health because the landlord won’t fix anything in this house that he owns!!! I’ve spoken to other businesses in the past where they were kind enough to help out with answers to my questions for other issues in other properties I’ve lived at but this guy turning this around on me how unprofessional, rude and arrogant can you be to do that especially to a disabled person!!! That’s pretty low!!!
