A real customer service oriented company. Called and set up an appointment for the very next day. Those big outfits care more about quantity rather that quality service. So grateful I found A & J Heating and Cooling. Definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good and honest company.

Jorge went to my rent house so late. The appointment was 11am but he came like pass 3:30. Then he said he check my A/C and come back the next day to fix the system. And the appointment will be at 4pm. Still, he came at 6:30pm. Then he said the system is working perfectly so I pay him cash. Then in just a matter of 1day, then the system get worst.. Ive been calling and calling but nobody answer my call. So I sent a text message and still no reply. This business is clearly a monkey business..definitely will not recommend to anybody… nope

I had a wonderful experience! I found the company website on google and I send a message asking for an appointment on Sunday night. Mr Suarez reply immediately and he was at my house by 10:30 next morning, my furnace needed to had replace the circuit control board and Mr. Suarez gave me a good price even when it was an emergency as tomorrow we expecting a winter storm in El Paso. He returned an hour later with the new circuit board and he fix my furnace. I highly recommend this company! Mr. Suarez is professional, honest, punctual, attentive, bilingual. And his company has fair prices compared with other companies in El Paso

Jorge answered my phone call within 2 rings, arrived within 20 minutes to diagnose the problem, and had it fixed the next day. 5 stars!

Great customer service and response time. They were able to come to my home in the Far Far East same day that I called no appointment. Professional and helpful service. No games. Would recommend to family and friends

This company is not even worth 1 star. They installed a rock skirting on my new double wide home and it is so crooked if you painted it blue it would look like the ocean. The bottom rail was installed backwards and the top rail was not cut to fit it was just bent around corners. After complaining about it it took over a week for them to make a second attempt. The installer came with only top rail replacement pieces and a drill. No other tools. The job could not be completed. Now they tell me they can't reschedule me for another 2 weeks. They have made no attempt to work with me and no apologies for the poor workmanship.I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

When we were needing to replace the heating and air conditioning for our business a asked for recommendations. First Degree in El Paso was recommended to me by a friend. we engaged First Degree and had the equipment replaced with all brand new, brand name heating and air conditioning. The experience has been disappointing. The equipment was installed in the late spring. The performance of the a/c over the summer was not what it should be. We just resolved that we did not get the expertise we expected and have just accommodated the less than desirable performance. The HVAC contractors in EL Paso have had a long high demand period. I think these are good people but appear to have let the high demand market compromise the end product.
Today a call I had pushed me too far. I called First Degree this morning because we tried to use the heat on our brand new equipment that we spent a significant amount on only to be told there would be charges for the call. Really? It was not a rush request. So brand new equipment installed by your company is not functioning at this time. It is probably a simple set up to cure. The heat most likely was not tested after installation because it was the hot time of the year, which is understandable. It would seem reasonable that when it gets cold that the installer would come out when their schedule allows and get the heat going. But to be told that there would be a diagnostic charge was a slap in the face.
I talked to Jesica who I think is an owner or a manager. She said she did not have the authority to over ride their policy. Shouldn't their policy be that a customer with brand new equipment that they installed should function as intended.
This is my first time to write a review. This experience has been so frustrating that it brought me to the point to take the time to express my frustrations.

Summer has not started yet and being out without an AC is not great… I called First Degree Rene was great to work with very polite explained what was wrong with the unit. I asked him a question on why my sons room was the hottest room in the house he said don’t worry I’ll fix the problem the vents needed to be balanced Thank you Rene my son is a happy camper!!! Service was quick I will recommend and continue to give you my business.truly going about and beyond support local business

We contracted for several jobs and all but one were done incorrectly and overpriced.

Very well organized workers, they do an excellent job and are very fast straight to what they have to fix.

Contracted this company to change the kitchen faucets, they did an amazing job!! Very good service!

They did a fantastic job, I highly recommend them. Will definitely contact them again.
