Where to begin! From the first call, dealing with Lion Refrigeration has been such a hassle free process from getting my quote to the day of installation and beyond! Their quality of work is truly unmatched! Finding a Contractor that was this good was no easy task but They did such a great job on my home and they are the Company I recommend time and time again! Thank you to the whole Lion Refrigeration team!

I contacted Lion refrigeration in July of this year to switch out a swamp cooler with refrigerated air. After receiving various quotes from competitors, I found this company to be the most competitive in pricing. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would love to give this company, a five star review but unfortunately it took them 3 months to complete the job 100% in its entirety. After the unit was installed, I was told an inspector would be sent out. Several weeks later no inspector visit nor call from the company. I had to call twice to have them schedule the inspection. The first time no one called to tell me the inspector cancelled the appointment. I don’t think anyone would have called me to reschedule if I hadn’t followed up. Once the city inspector finally came out, he advised he’d reach out to the company to have them complete a few minor details that were overlooked. After several weeks of not hearing back from the company I reached out to them to find out when’d they be coming. I would recommend this company based on pricing but be prepared to project manage the installation all the way.

Very disappointed with the workers. They spend more time gossiping than doing their jobs, and it’s extremely unprofessional. One of them—driving a silverado with plates starting in SHY1123. If this is the standard of service, I won’t recommend this place to anyone expecting respect or efficiency.

Synergy Temperature Control installed the HVAC system in my house. At the time of install I was assured by the Project Manager they would service the system whenever needed and they took great pride in their customer service. The first time I needed them to come and repair a unit that was no longer working, I called them three days in a row and left a message with the only person, Michelle, that schedules maintenance. I never received a call back. After my second phone call with no results, on my third phone call I asked if there was someone else that could help me and I was told Michelle was the only person able to provide the assistance I needed. I reminded the receptionist that one of my units was not cooling at all and I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible, she assured me she would make sure Michelle received my message. I still never received a return phone call. The last time I called I asked to speak with a supervisor as I no longer wished to leave a message with Michelle. I then spoke with Alex who informed me they do not do residential service calls anymore. This statement is contrary to the services listed on their website and also the guarantee I received when they quoted and installed the equipment. However, there is no reason why Michelle, or someone else at Synergy, could not have called me to let me know this information prior to my asking for a supervisor. The apologies I received for their extreme lack of customer service, where half-hearted at best, they did not seem to care or understand how much they had failed at their jobs. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone, they absolutely have no concern for their customers.

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with this company was FRUSTRATING. From the start, it became clear that this company prioritizes profit over honest service.

After the initial visit, they gave my mom a repair quote — which we agreed to and paid — only to return and pile on additional "urgent" repairs one after another. It felt like a constant upsell game rather than a genuine attempt to fix the issue. Each visit brought a new problem that magically appeared just after the last one was "fixed."

I understand that HVAC systems can be complex, but the pattern here was unmistakable: stretch out the job, pad the bill, and keep coming back with more charges. At no point did I feel like they were trying to help me — just squeeze more money out of me.

If you're looking for an HVAC company that actually cares about solving your problem and respecting your budget, look elsewhere. This one is all about the money.

Highly recommended! The technician is very kind, hard working as well as the clerks that he brings my mom loves it, pretty cheap prices if you compare them to other companies. And they all are bilingual as well which helps a lot because my mother only speaks spanish and shes the one always dealing with the technicians.
