Eddie, Juan and Tony did a great job, above and beyond what was expected. A four to five hour job turned into an eight hour job yet they were thorough, did not rush and were as professional as possible, and, the original estimate is exactly what was charged. If honesty, integrity and a good work ethic are important to you, contact HART.

I got an estimate from Eddie and his team. (Yes I said team) They came on time and were very professional. Took measurements, counted the registers, checked the electrical box, verified the space in the attic, and talked to me about what would need to happen if I picked them to do the job. After a couple more estimates I chose Hart. They had the best price for what I wanted done, conversion and duct cleaning which they gave me a discount on since I went with them for the job. 😉
It took 3 days to complete the job, due to the duct work taking a little longer than they hoped but you can't rush perfection. In the end great job, the system works great, looks good and I felt like I didn't over pay. I Highly recommend this team for any heating and cooling job. Thanks Eddie for a job well done.

Had a great experience with Hart Services. My AC unit of 20+ years died and this company was able to replace it in a few days. I had the outside and inside units replaced in about 2 days. The process was smooth and quick, they even offer financing options. Eddie, the owner was very responsive and commu icated well and often. The other employees, Juan and Tury were also very helpful and very knowledgable. I am very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Hello, all we can say about Hart is that they have been nothing but courteous and responsive, and their work has been top quality. They fabricated ac unit stands for us after the original installer failed to do so after several years of our requests. They made adjustments and recommendations that have produced significant improvements in our HVAC system performance. All we can say in response to recent negative review is that we treat them as professionals and they in turn treat us as valued customers. Thank You Hart!!

I hate to give a negative review but it is well merited in this instance for at least three important reasons. 1.) Unwarranted-Very poor and rude customer service in which the company’s boss informed me he would be following up with me to make an appointment on the following day, skipped a day without calling me, and when I called politely treated me rudely over the phone like I was bugging him. Please drink your morning coffee before taking a call and remember to call back a client when you say you’re gonna do it. 2.) Provided outdated information and had me create a vent in a room which I’ve come to find out is against fire code. I didn’t think about but of course it doesn’t make sense to make a vent in an adjacent bedroom because you don’t want the probability of a fire with the unit spreading to the bedroom. Please get up to date with your training. 3.) The unit has been serviced twice and each time I feel like I’m doing them a favor. They were all nice upon installing a new unit ($$$) but not nice when it comes to servicing a product they have installed. I suggest that future customers do their homework unless you want to overpay because of the constant malfunctions with their products in which they become irritated and don’t follow-up in a timely manner while getting rude customer service early in the morning. I think I should have been provided the service free of charge after the 1st malfunction. There are better companies than this one. However, I must say, the workers that came for the repair (that didn’t include Eddie or Manny or whatever his name is) were professional and willing to educate me on the issues with the unit, did their job, and went about their way. It’s not hard to be nice and when you’re rude to your clients it must be said.

I had them come out and service my AC unit and check a gas leak in the heater. It's only been a month and my AC unit doesnt work, and there's still a gas leak. Seems like they just want to take your money, and say the did the work.

Eddie and his team did a great job replacing aged system in my house. Hart took the time to explain SEER/EER ratings and gave comparison quotes for lower efficiency versus higher efficiency units. Eddie offered opinions on what was needed to provide the best solution for my house and limited budget. New cold air return vent was added to balance the system. The tear out and install was completed in less than 2 days and was done professionally. After completion, I was walked through programming thermostat and overview of the new HVAC system. If you want a company that takes the time to find the correct product, features, and price I would highly recommend Hart.

Eddie is one of the owners. Always courteous and ready to help. Super fair price and will take care of you. They are there to help you above all else. Their service is top notch. They will take care of you and have been doing business with them for over 10 years.

They charge me one time to fix my A. C it gave out that same day? And then they wanted to charge me another fee just to look at it again. When I refused, they fixed the work but disconnected, my heater careful gone with this company

They arrive on time, do fantastic work at a fair price, and truly go above and beyond to care for their customers. You can tell they take pride in their work and in offering a quality final product. I’ve recommended them so many times that their number pops up automatically when I start a text message about HVAC work!
