Changing my initial review.Had an issue, called and sent a text message, received a call back a later; although no solution to the matter. Was told I would get a reply in a day or two. Now, almost three weeks later still no answer or follow-up. So tired of chasing down these companies to get resolutions for issues. They only think about "today" and not that you could be a return customer. They promise the moon and sun and treat you great, until the money is in their hands then, after that, good luck if you have issues. Guess I will call manufacturer directly to find out about solutions to my issue.
