Disrespectful Driver is on the road

Thier drivers do not value life of other drivers on the roadway. If they dont value other people then they dont value their customers. This reckless driver who almost hit me did not have plates on his truck. That tells me they take short cuts and dont respect laws. Actions say a lot. If this company is taking shortcut and not following laws..what are they doing with their customers..

On the business card they left it states "24HR. EMERGENCY SERVICE" I have been calling for 2 days at different hours and no one's answering. Voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message. Not much of a service at any hour.

The company stopped responding to my texts after I scheduled an appointment. Tech arrived At a different time than what was agreed to. The job was finished at least.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give any.
They were contracted out to clean our vents. They came to fix our AC and never cleaned the vents. They came a second time to “fix the AC” and my mom had to tell them it’s the vents that need to be cleaned. They scheduled for today at 8:30 and are not here yet and they don’t answer! If you knew you weren’t going to be open you should’ve checked your schedule and called your customers to let them know. I don’t like waiting and especially getting up early in my day off for Nothing!!!

The installation went well and the work looks pretty good. After about 3 months the unit stopped working. I called he came by, he was 2 hours late, looked at the unit and said it was the safety switch. He said he would be back or technician would be by the next day 3 place the switch. I said OK one more day isn't going to kill me, he said no, the unit is working.
That was 5 days ago. He does not return my message and I have not heard from him. So I check the unit and yes it's working because he disconnected the switch. Now im in doubt that any of the work is up to code.
Time for a new HVAC company.

I called for summer servicing. First call on a Monday and left VM, no reply. Second call was answered and appt made for a Friday 930a. Come Friday they were No show, no call. When I called back I was given some bumbling answer and was told he forgot me. Rescheduled for Saturday at 930a. Second no show, no call. Called them again, left a VM w/ request for callback and haven't heard a peep in a week. Bummed - they did a great install and responded quickly before, always showed up for appts. Now they ghost you and won't return calls or keep appts. I'll be looking for new AC service. Only giving one start because my review won't post without it.

The whole house now shakes after Mr Luis performed maintenance on our unit

My AC unit broke down , so I filed a claim through my warranty. Startech picked up the job, technician arrived at 9pm to check out my unit and diagnose the problem. He was supposed to file the paperwork to my warranty for repair. The following week I check my claim status and they are waiting for Startech to submit paperwork, I call Startech and no one answers. Then I call the next day and no one answered so I left a call back number. I call my warranty only to find out that Startech dropped my claim and had no intentions of completing the job. These guys are unreliable and unprofessional. If you want good work ethics DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!

Excellent job on the conversion to refrigerated air. Best prices in town and very dependable. Customer service was exceptional and job was done quickly and neatly. Would definitely recommend to everyone!!!

I had this company install my AC and they didn't install a filter assembly, instead just laying a filter over the hole. I didn't know what was missing when they asked me to inspect it and the coil ended up getting coated in dirt and fur on the inside. When I called the company after I started having problems, they refused to back their work and I had to pay another contractor over $500 in order to get it repaired. These guys aren't worth the time and money and it's a travesty that they get away with such shoddy work.

I bought a new air conditioner with everything new.i actually bought copper and plastic hose but they didn't put the new one they left the old one.so that old hose started leaking and for 3 weeks it leaked into my roof untill inside a bubble appeared I called them 4 x they said they would come fix it after the 3 time they came but never changed the hose after they came cuz I told them the air felt hot! The guy who came who actually fixed it showed me the old hose and said that was the reason I had a water bubble in my house.just called them agin if nothing is done I'll take other actions.they seem not to care! I paid $800 to have it installed right with new hose but they didn't do it .. and owner said I'll call you tomorrow it's been 6 months or so!
