Set up an appointment & they never showed up. I text & called them multiple times & they cleared my calls. Called from a different number & they answered & had no choice but to say they were busy & wouldn’t be making it. Which is fine I get things happen but COMMUNICATION is the key!

My AC broke down in the middle of summer! They were quick, reliable, and affordable. I will definitely call them for AC services in the future. And I recommend them.

Guys came over right away. Made sure everything was fine with the unit . Checked everything that could be checked . Fixed a problem and it didn't cost me much . Took the time to explain things to me. I highly recommend these guys.

This year i tried to schedule an A/C inspection to ensure everything is working properly before it gets hot . I've done this for the last 4 years with H.A.R.T.
However, this year when i attempted to adjust my scheduled arrival time I was told "" take it or leave it thats the way it is".
So much for working with your clients??

Prompt, Professional, Timely, VERY affordable, will work around your schedule. I recommend them for all my heating and air conditioning needs. They installed refrigerated air In one of my rental homes and they did a great job.

Hart Services is my preferred company when my home a/c system needs servicing or repairs. I've been a client for a few years and HART technicians always do an outstanding job. Very thorough, professional, courteous and reasonably priced fees. I tried several companies in the past and HART is by far the best HVAC service company in El Paso. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself.
