This is a first-rate and really professional crew. received multiple notifications confirming the times they would show up the young men that showed up were very courteous and respectful. they took the time to introduce me to everyone that would be working on the project, and if someone new came they introduced me to them as well.what I was quoted was then shown to me I so I could sign it on their phone to confirm before they started to work. the boss man showed up at the beginning of the project and the end of the project to walk through with me to confirm everything was done. I hired this team to throw away the debris from a 20 x 30 wood shed that was built like a house. They also cleaned up a lot of my backyard as well and it was a substantial task at a very fair price. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a consistent team that works hard and is honest. Will definitely be doing business again with them in the future

Too Easy Enterprise was amazing! After knocking a very large dent in my drywall I thought I was going to need to replace the whole section of drywall but after inspecting the damage they suggested a faster and cheaper method of repair which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again if I have any other repair needs!

UPDATE - I had a drip in my bathtub faucet. I was told the wall would need to be knocked down to fix it and I should just remodel the bathroom. Well, the drip became a stream of hot water, and I contacted another company. They fixed it in 15 minutes without "knocking down the wall" and for a very reasonable price. Adrian left Too Easy Enterprise and another young man came out to look at my a/c as it was making a noise. He told my daughter the pump was going out. I contacted Too Easy Enterprise and asked for a quote to fix it. Never got it. Got several email ads from them and I asked about the quote again and crickets. Not sure what is going on, but I can no longer recommend them.

I have been having a hard time finding someone to help me with projects around my house. My ex left a mess and there is a lot to do and it feels very overwhelming. I have been overcharged, lied to, and much worse. I found Too Easy Enterprise on the web by luck as I was searching for something else. I gave them a call and they replaced two sink faucets so far and are just waiting to come back to finish the third one when I am home. My house is 41 years old and I think these were the original faucets. After the initial work, one of the replaced sink faucets was leaking and my bedroom carpet was very wet by the time I realized it. Adrian came out right away and fixed the problem even though it was already after 6 pm. Adrian did the job right, it's just that everything is old and different problems pop up. Too Easy is insured and bonded, so it gives me peace of mind. Adrian has been very professional and explains everything to me as he goes along so I understand what he is doing and why. I researched the cost for the work being done, and the prices charged are very reasonable. My next project is to tear up all of my carpet and replace it with ceramic tile and Orlando called to explain the work and gave me a price. I researched the amount again, and it is very reasonable. Too Easy will be my go to for all my home projects.

My experience with this company was great! Scheduling was very easy and convenient. I loved how I received an electronic receipt along with a notice of who would be coming on the scheduled day for the service (it was nice to have a face and know who to expect). The technician who installed the wall mount TV, Jose, was very professional and friendly. Him, and I assume an apprentice, arrived on time and got right to work. They were nice to explain things to me as they went and made sure I was happy with the placement. In the end the TV looks great and is hung very sturdy. I’m very happy and definitely recommend and will use Too Easy Enterprise again in the future.

When I first contacted Too Easy Enterprise, they were quick to come out & provide estimates for things we need to have fixed on our home as we prepare to sell. Was quoted $1800 by another company to replace my whole unit. Something felt off so I called HVACGuys for second opinion. Their tech spent an hour testing everything and found it was just a $180 control board! Honest air conditioning repair like this is almost impossible to find nowdays. Saved me over 1,600 bucks and my 8 year old system runs better than new. Will tell everyone I know about these guys, true professionals who aren’t trying to upsell you junk you dont need

Whole house humidifier and air purifier added by HVACGuys contractors this winter. No more static shocks or dry noses, and allergies way better. They tied everything into existing system seamlessly. Family breathing easier and furniture thanks us too. Excellent work all around

I am wanting to have two refrigerated air units installed. We all know how much they cost, including installation. I called Gray Refrigeration and spoke to someone who transferred me to Raul (who identified himself as the - Operations Manager and estimator. Appointment was yet for 4pm. I gave up hope at 7:00PM! No courtesy call no call that we’re running late or anything else much less an apology. I decided to call them and I receive the answering services who had no idea of what I was talking about and insisted that I was calling for repair service. I explained to them that I am looking forward to purchasing two units. I do not need a service call ! Then she repeated my address back to me two different times with two wrong phone number that are not mine. How can anybody expect good service on install and repair/warranty or any service. They don’t seem to care even if a large purchase was going to be made.
Buyer beware. Look elsewhere!

Great customer service from the front office staff to the technicians in the field. They are timely and responsive. Compared to other HVAC companies from a well-known competitor to a less well-known competitor, I've waited 8-9 hours over 2 days for the well-known competitor and a few days with the less well-known competitor, but not with Gray Heating & Air. I've never had to wait more than an hour for a technician from Gray Heating & Air, and I appreciate that.
