I’ve been using Sun City for years at this point I have never received anything but spectacular service, they are kind and knowledgeable and have always assisted me in a timely manner. I look forward to many more years of their service

I use Sun City for yearly service to both my units. They complete the work and clean up the work area. They were on schedule with the time given to me by Ms.Bertha. The technicians are responsible and respectful.

Very unprofessional and they overcharge, i called to get my AC fixed because the heat was coming lasted two weeks before it broke down again. I paid like $700 because of the time spent at the store getting the supply for the supply and for the work done , I was just told by another company that it didn’t look like anything was done up there , the things I was charged for were for the heater not the ac i didn’t call back for the simple fact that I was going to be charged for them to come check again.

Furnace started running funny over Thanksgiving till it quit. I have used Sun City AC in the past and they are usually same day service. I called them today in the AM and arrived about an hour later. Trouble shot the problem to a bad gas valve. Replaced, tested, got paid, and now the wife is happy and that is all that matters, right?

It was a great experience, the technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They conducted a leak check and were able to locate the issue promptly. They showed me the problem and explained the next steps to take. Very great response time and service.

Sun City Air Conditioning/Refrigeration did a great job replaçing my refrigeration unit and heater. They worked very well as a team. Very professional. Recommend.

Sun City sent their team out to service my mini split
that was flashing error codes & determined a coolant
leak was the problem. The techs, Edgar & Augustine
were polite & professional, they informed me of the work they completed & made sure the unit was functioning properly before leaving. I highly recommend Sun City, they are punctual, professional & experienced!!

Ms. Bertha Tafoya was very professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable in answering the many questions I asked. She prepared and provided me with a detailed fair proposal within a day or two of our phone conversation, which I accepted. I ordered a new 3- ton and 4- ton Carrier 2Stage Performance Series AC units with accommodating gas furnaces. My past experiences with Sun City were always excellent! Like always, Mr. Winston, Mr.Joseph, Mr. Edgar and the entire team of technicians represented Sun City superbly! During the entire two day installation process they were extremely respectful, polite, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time! What ever issues they encountered during the installation they resolved them expertly! If you're looking for an outstanding HVAC company, call on Sun City to do the job. They will not disappoint!

Good people almost like family, unfortunately they have no idea of best practices, after getting my water pump replaced...fast forward, an insurance agent passing by my house brings to my attention an old water pump that's on the roof and ready to roll down, heaven forbid this thing rolls down hurts someone... well Sunshine no more.
