Prior I posted a 5 star review of this business. However, after reviewing service performed 6/24/24 and identical service provided by Sobellas, there are disturbing issues. The service was for to perform diagnostics on both AC units. I believe I was boondoggled by Sunshine. I was charged $1300 for diagnostics and repair. Sunshine claimed to have added refrigerant which is not cheap which they claimed they added. After adding it they had an infrared thermometer and aimed at my vents to display temperature. No change. they said it may take a few hours. That was BS. SOBELLAS added refrigerant and didnt check the temp because they were able to verify refrig. levels being added by real time blue tooth connection. So the temp immediately went down which it did. So my conclusion is that Sunshine did cleaned coils, changed filters (which I could have done) and didnt really add refrigerant, but charged me $1300. There is no way to verify if refrigerant was added! (unless Sobellas is doing it) They can tell you, but how can they prove it? Also a man claimed to be the owner - which he wasn't (looked on the internet). So be advised. Good Luck!

Amazing and prompt service. Our AC stopped working, so I called Sunshine Heating and Air Conditioning. They came out first thing the next morning checked to see what was wrong. 2 parts had gone out, so Andrew called places until he found the replacement. He returned first thing the next morning and stayed until our house returned to a comfortable temperature.
He was professional, and was completely fine with an audience of children (and husband) watching the process. The customer service when I called was also amazing and courteous. We will be using this company again!

Our refrigeratorated air unit failed we live in walking distance. Andrew is a class act and promptly fixed our unit at a very good price. We are Native New Yorkers and anticipated a dishonest dealing. Thank you for the honest and excellent service!

Have been using Sunshine for nearly 15 years for all my residential cooling needs. They have always been prompt, friendly, and fair.

Most recently one of my refrigerated AC units stopped blowing cold air in the middle of 108 degree heat wave. Less than 24 hours later, Andrew was sent to our house, identified the issue was a worn capacitor, and quickly replaced it. Now it's back to working as expected. Very happy with the service received.

March 8th a part went out on my heater unit. I called on closing time. Andrew the technician stated he would stay open till I got there with the part. When I got there I was met with Andrew and the owner Joe. Joe offered me a refreshment while Andrew fixed my part. Once fixed they shook my hand and said have a good day. They didn't charge me a dime. I'm not saying they do free work. I'm saying they are an honest business and worth calling. Thank you Andrew and Joe for helping me and getting heat to my family.

In the evening my A/C stopped working when we had the 107 degree temperatures. A recent death in the family left me feeling like I could not handle this.
I began calling, texting and filling out online requests…into the morning hours for possible service calls.
Mr. Joe actually responded late at night that he would call in the morning.
In the past, I have used this company. They are great because of the people who run it and work there. They are like one big family who cares about you and getting your situation resolved.
This company is one of the reasons that makes ElPaso a great place to live!

Joe and Andrew are phenomenal. They are prompt, thorough, professional, and accountable. This company takes such care of me, a widow; they respond immediately and treat me like family. I know I can trust them and count on them.

Andrew has fixed our furnace and it works great. Everyone has been kind and very courteous.

Rude unsafe driver. Honked like a maniac and proceeded to get their van to take pictures of us when we simply asked if they’d allow us to merge. The Thorn area is extremely congested and we were exiting the Rudolph dealership trying to make a left turn. There was no other option than for us to merge in and there was plenty of space for us to do so. No need to act a fool and get off the vehicle.

Eddie and his team at Hart Services provided exceptional service. They are very knowledgeable and their communication with me exceeded my expectations. They are true professionals and I am happy with the units they installed.
