Dynamic Heating and cooling done an outstanding job on replacing my old 4 ton air conditioner and furnace. All their staff is very professional and provided a thorough explanation of what they were doing and how everything worked on completion.

We are totally satisfied with the care and professionalism that the staff(entire) at Dynamic Heating and Cooling provided during the installation of our Trane A/C unit. We continue to be pleased with the follow up attention regarding helping us be familiarized with maintaining filters and all.

I highly recommend this company. I had issues with my refrigerated air and i had the fortune of being attended by Robert. He was very professional and explained step by step what was wrong and what would be needed. He fixed the problem and still called a day later to make sure everything was ok. I was very happy with their service.

We called on a Wednesday end of day that our Refrigerated air was not working. They accommodated us for first thing next day and showed up before 8:00 a.m. Needed a part for unit, they started calling around to find part or overnight if necessary. They located the part, picked it up and returned with part and 20 minutes after, they had unit working. Very dependable professionals, respectful and clean. Thank you, Dynamic.

Amazing! Within a business day of our request to have our AC unit diagnosed and repaired, the technician came over and ordered the parts. Parts came in quickly abd repairs were made. The team texted and called me to keep me informed. So before the outside Temps rose to the upper 90's, our ac was working perfectly.

Dynamic Heating & Coolings Crew was timely and curtious. Job was finished within timeline provided. Old equipment/supplies/debris were all removed from property. Very impressed with the owner Mr Vigil as well as staff. Very honest and professional. Easy to talk to. Came and delivered A/C and furnace when promised. Offered me rebates I was not aware of. Will utilize his Dynamic services without question.

I have called dynamic on the 5th and left voice mail stated that they were off for the 4th of July for the 4th and the 5th so I called back on the 6th and the 7th and the 8th left voice msg and text msg and never received a call back I don't know if these people are in business or they don't want business, I would strongly recommend not using them, I have found other reliable business that responded right away and were competent to completed the work. Don't use this business if they do this to one customer what will they do to you when you need them?

I have use Dynamic anytime I need maintenance or service on my HVAC system. The technicians are always professional and answer any questions I might have. Most recently Nick repaired my heater and was prompt, polite and professional. I felt obligated to inform Robert (owner) of the job Nick did and how professionally he represents the business. I give Dynamic Heating and Cooling my highest recommendation!

My Trane HVAC went out on a Sunday. I called Dynamic Monday morning and they sent someone that morning. The young man came down checked my system and found the main unit somehow was detached from the electrical source. He fixed the issue promptly and took pictures and showed me what went wrong. The young man was courteous and informative. In fact from me calling Dynamic to getting the repairman, everyone was so nice. I will definitely use them again. I love good customer service and Dynamic’s is outstanding.

After the first company failed to show up and did not answer calls or messages, I turned to Dynamic. Fernando was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Highly recommend them for any and all services they provide. We'll be using them again. My hats off to the company for having a great team on board.
