From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, punctual, and thorough. On installation day, the technicians arrived on time, were courteous, and kept the work area clean. Jose took the time to explain everything as they went along and made sure the job was done right. Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend them!

Robert and his team are awesome. He installed two Americian Standard Platinum two speed refrigerated air units and new heaters about 15 years ago. His team did a great job. Robert is honest, very professional, and knowledgeable. We have only had a minor wiring issue, but he was super responsive and addressed it quickly. I would recommend Robert time and time again. In addition, when we need a new roof Robert is the one I'll be seeing. You can't go wrong with Robert. 10🌟 !!!

Down to earth experience from representative Robert to installers Jose and Christian. Since the installation, our new split system-XV20i has been working like a charm! It's quiet sounding from both the inside and the outside of the house. The temperature of the air coming out of the registers is ice cold and the times that it comes on is much less compared to the old unit (Rheem Prestige 5 Ton 17 SEER) we replaced.
Robert gave us a very reasonable price after all said and done. Definitely recommend Dynamic for AC needs!

I was assigned to this heating company through my home warranty company, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. For over a month, they were completely inaccessible. They would not answer their phone, return my calls, or even return calls from the home warranty company itself.

I was without a properly functioning unit and ultimately needed to purchase an entirely new system, which you would think would be strong motivation for a business to return call, yet I couldn’t even get basic communication from them. After weeks of silence and no progress, I had to escalate the situation and formally complain just to have my warranty claim reassigned to a more reliable provider.

If you need reliable communication, timely service, or any sense of urgency, do not contact this company. I would not recommend them.

Southwest mechanical came to my home and installed a new air conditioner.. The work was well done, all the ducts and vents were checked. The air conditioner was properly seated on the roof. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional service. They show up on time and give you the best service. They are experts on old and new systems. My businesses is 74 years old and We have both, they know everything about our units. I highly recommend them.

Southwest Mechanical Heating cooling was recommended to me and I was extremely satisfied with their service. Peniel (Peña)was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and answered all my questions. I totally recommend Peniel and Southwest Mechanical.

Called in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday. They put me in touch with one of their techs. He texted me when he could make to my house, got here at that time. He promptly checked out our entire systemHe was honest and professional. I will only work with them going forward.

Had a leak issue with a new system in a new house installed by another company. After a couple of visits they insisted everything was "fine". Decided to call Southwest off hours explained my problem to Adrian and he sent his tech guys the very next morning. They arrived even earlier than anticipated and were quick and knowledgeable. Turns out the main and secondary lines were switched and that is why I was seeing a lot of water outside the house. Tech guys fixed it really fast and haven't had any issues since then.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Southwest Mechanical. Chewy is awesome and and very knowledgeable at what he does. Adrian has good customer service and stays on top of any special orders and delays. Great company and would recommend for any HVAC needs.

I have been using Southwest Mechanical since 2021. In total, they have installed three 5-ton roof HVAC package units and two mini-split systems in both my home and a job site. Pricing is excellent (I get bids). Communication is exceptional as I always get a call or text to tell me when the tech is on the way. I had one issue with an hvac unit and they backed their warranty 100%. I also use them to do my annual maintenance.

I took 18 quotes for the work that I needed at my house, which was a vent installation, heating and cooling all brand new and installed. They were on time every day that they were going to be here. They were thorough. They were clean, very knowledgeable and priced perfectly for everything that needed to be done. Anybody who was short of this were cutting a corner somewhere, so be careful when you’re taking bids. They are highly recommended for all your needs for HVAC work. They are also the cheapest maintenance in town by a good margin.

We work with individuals with special needs and our air went out. They were very accomidating and efficient and came the next day to help us out. Thank you to Shane and his team. They came the next morning and fixed the mess the previous “repair men” made within the hour! Highly recommended.

Salesman( Mr Spilliaert ) came by to check and make sure everything was running ok. Adrian made sure scheduling, finance and all other details ran smoothly.
