Southwest Mechanical Heating and Cooling is a great company to deal with. Had problems with our unit, which wasn't installed by Southwest it was installed by Comfort Zone. I called Southwest spoke to Adrian, Manager, and he sent tech Oscar Leyva and he fixed the problem. Adrian and Shane were so patient and helpful. Adrian had to send techs out 3 times, we had problem after problem being different issues with unit. Poor guys had to return to work on a unit that they didn't install. They were troubleshooting and never gave up. Mr. Leyva finally got the job done figured out what the problem was. Thank you, thank you Southwest for your great customer service, diligence and techs for not giving up on us. I appreciate their integrity and honesty. They did not once, try to sell us a new unit instead of going through the trouble of fixing ours. I highly recommend Southwest Mechanics Heating and Cooling for maintenance and repairs to your unit. May God bless this business and they stay in business for long time cause they are one of a kind. 👍👍😘

My AC stopped working during this extreme heat. I called Southwest Mechanical Cooling and Heating and I am so grateful to them for fixing my AC. I am grateful for Adrian Arreola for getting me on the schedule even though they had a full day. He even personally went to the warehouse to secure the part I needed. I am also grateful to Abraham Reyes, the technician who fixed my AC. He instilled in me trust and confidence and I knew he would help me. He genuinely cared.

This was my first time using Southwest Mechanical for HVAC maintenance today. Excellent communication by Shane in scheduling and letting me know when the tech was arriving. I'm very impressed by how thorough the tech (Peniel) was in cleaning and checking my system. He left everything clean and answered all questions. I will definitely be using their services again.

Wonderful service from the whole company. Abraham Reyes helped me today after my mini split locked up with the cold weather. I had concerns and called this morning and he was able to come out and fix the issue before the end of the work day on the same day I called. He walked me through the process and what to look out for in the future if I have similar issues. He helped to relieve some of the stress that I was dealing with and now my dogs and I will be warm during the cold weather this week. Very efficient, professional, and friendly service and I would recommend contacting Abraham with Southwest Mechanical to anyone who is in need of heating and cooling services.

We hired another contractor to upgrade our A/C unit from a 3.5-ton to a 4-ton almost 2 years ago, but we’ve had recurring problems with it freezing up and not cooling our house properly, to the point that they replaced the compressor twice. After not having working A/C for the past 2 weeks in 100 degree weather, and having four different companies look at it, Southwest Mechanical was the only one able to get it running again. Not only did the original contractor forget to reconnect the power to the new compressor after installing it, but he also failed to find that the evaporative coil had fallen from its hinges. I would never call anyone else in El Paso after today! Thank you so much!!

Southwest is a great company but what makes this company even better is Mr. Abraham. He is always so friendly and helpful. Takes time to explain things to you and always has a smile on his. At my work building we have had nothing but trouble on our units that were installed by someone else. Abraham always comes to my rescue and even helps me make the case to the landlord for them to pay for it since it was not cause by anything we are doing and was poor installation. He has saved me time and money with all his help and recommendations. I have work with other guys from southwest that are professional and take care of the customer, but Abraham goes above and beyond!!

We heard about Southwest Mechanical from my parents. They've replaced 2 HVAC units using Southwest mechanical and couldn't be happier. We, fortunately, now know why. The pricing is affordable, the equipment is high quality, the unit was in stock at their warehouse, the install was done in just a few hours, they setup the thermostat for us explaining all the features and didn't leave a mess anywhere. The warranty for the unit we purchased from Southwest Mechanical is for 10 years. Which is nice because the cheap "great value brand" that BIC Homes installed had a 3-year warranty and started giving us problems after 6 years until it eventually had to be replaced. We're proud to be generational customers with Southwest Mechanical. It helps that they have affordable maintenance plans where they come a couple times a year to make sure everything is working the way it should.

Daniel acosta came out and struggled a bit at first but he never gave up, he excelled and got me cooling same day, god bless him. Company better take care of him not many good honest hard workers like that around anymore.

My family worked with Joe who was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Before taking on this major HVAC project, we got estimates from various companies. Although Southwest Mechanical was not the lowest offer, it was the one we felt most comfortable agreeing to simply because of their level of professionalism. No one had an aggressive sales pitch here. They simply came and did a thorough inspection, gave us a detailed estimate, answered all the questions we had, and gave us space to make the decision. The workers showed up when expected, they worked quickly, and were considerate of the space. It took about 2 weeks from the time we hired them to when the unit was set up -- and the wait was due to the permitting process with the city. Overall a great experience so far. We look forward to the maintenance visits in the coming year.
