Very professional company and very friendly people. They came to my home to offer a free quote and explained in detail how the system works. Once they came to install the system they did a very clean job and installed everything just like i wanted. Will certainly recommend them.

Jesus and his crew did an Excellent job installing my new refrigerated air unit! From the duct work to the replacing the old registers to the clean up afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The service of my new refrigerated air was excellent. All personnel was very knowledgeable on what they were doing and were very clean and cordial I don’t regret hiring them to install my new system. I am very satisfied on how professional this company is! I had a coverstion on my air conditioner and yes there was a little hiccup with the installation crew but I am so amazed on how the owner of the company quickly responded and even came personally to my home late hours!!! Rudy offered a comparable price and promise to the slews of Cooling companies here in El Paso. I was hesitant with the responses from other companies about converting the evaporated cooling to refrigeration especially answering if there were any unexpected costs to be added during the conversion (they were all dicey about the responses). He was very knowledgeable and took time in his demonstration on what would be done. All of the companies wanted a split-system, he offered something differently and it still less then the quotes I was given overall. I’m impressed with the work. The workers completed in a day, and they were clean and professional. I’m very picky (and loyal) about companies - I highly recommend, “The Home Systems Heating & Cooling.”

We needed to replace central ac units & furnaces on a recently purchased home. After getting six other estimates, I called The Home Systems to get one more before making a decision. They responded quickly and gave an exceptional quote on three new Trane units. They installed everything the following day! It was a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish! The Home Systems Heating & Cooling team was extremely professional and well organized. The installation was prompt! Our new Trane 16 SEER A/C was up and running within hours! Their sales rep, Jessica was very courteous and graciously answered all of our questions. Their financing options wer exactly what I was looking for.

I was most impressed with the removal of my old system and the patch they placed over the old duct. Everything was patched well.to avoid future leaks. They also seem very capable with the electrical aspects, even though we had opted to go with our own electrician.

The A/C was well calibrated and is running perfectly. They connected my A/C to the existing ductwork, sincemy older ducts are durable. All in all, im glad I went with this company.

Great value! The workers installed a used circuit breaker. They replaced it with a new one for the inspection.

They drilled a hole through my roof to run the condensation line through the attic instead of going another 8 inches off the side of the house.

The staff is very friendly and have gone out of their way to resolve all my issues.

Have been waiting for MONTHS for the correct unit to arrive. The manager is never in the office, I’ve called at different times of the day and the same lady answers telling me the manager is out. They are so quick to take your money but do not follow up with their end of the deal. I have been calling for the past 7 months and have been waiting for the correct unit (the one that I paid for) to arrive. I’ve asked them to refund me the difference between the units but the manager has not called me back. This is very frustrating and not professional on their end.

I’m very content for the installation of my package unit. Works much better then my old split unit. These guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

One of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a company! Clean work, very professional , and a great price! The workers were fast, courteous and answered all my concerns. They fixed my house by adding a second unit that was needed badly and were able to retrofit everything in the attic with minimal to no intrusion. It’s been awhile that I get service like this from any company.

Arturo did a great job. Diagnosed and fixed the problem when other techs could not figure it out. Arturo explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to fix our AC.

After over 3 years of having the unit they installed and them coming over 3 x to try and fix it still no solutions (when we first installed it). They cut the duct in order to place the packaged unit but did not rebalance the air distribution the last two rooms due to air flow restriction are constantly stuffy and hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I made the mistake of choosing them because at the time they were the most affordable option. I will have to find someone to come out and review how to fix this major issue overall mind you due to us hiring them they got most of my neighbors a unit as well. They also promised us a one year supply of air filters also didn't receive and a bogus "referral system" promise that was not kept. DO NOT GO WITH THE COMPANY as the workmanship and knowledge definitely shows over 5 years of constant issues with this and having to run the ceiling fans while the rest of the house is HOT in the summer & COLD in the winter
