Complete breakdown of communication when trying to set up this service, which took up my whole day waiting for hours for someone to arrive that I never saw. I don't even know how to explain what I was told when I called back in to find out what happen. Extremely disappointed. So I'll just leave it at that!

The tech Danny was absolutely OUTSTANDING; he was in cleaning and checking my system. He left everything clean and answered all questions. I will definitely be using their services again!!

Had another company come by first and they tried to charge way more. These guys gave me a great price, showed up on time, and got everything fixed fast. Honest and professional service definitely recommend!

Cesar Campos came to my work for an urgent plumbing issue. He was polite and courteous. Not only was he able to fix the problem, but he came back later to make sure the issue was fully resolved. A++

Danny is the best technician. He did not leave until the job was done. My AC kept turning off. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. I had another guy from a different company look at it, he wanted to replace a different part and could not even do it til the next day.

I was very satisfied with this company--which installed an HVAC conversion system and a water heater replacement. Everyone was very professional, willing to answer any questions I had, explained everything that I needed to be aware of, and cleaned the areas in which they worked. All communication--with the installers, plumbers, electrician, and field manager--was professionally handled. All requested information is being provided by the field manager (inspection results, thermostat manuals, receipts, etc,). The installed systems seem to be working correctly and have a clearly outlined warranty. The field manager did a follow-up communication to ensure things went well and were working correctly.

We signed up for their gold membership plan. Great technicians. Knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy. Our tech actually caught a carbon monoxide leak we had no idea from a faulty job from our previous company. Highly recommend.

The reason I gave Southwest mechanical a five star is because they deserve it. They are very Customer oriented, they’re here on time and they knowledgeable. When servicing our heaters they found multiple. Issues. They are going to fix them for us and they actually did a couple of things at no charge. They’re great people from the Service manager to the financial person and the tech. They took pictures to show us exactly what happened to our heaters from the last person that installed the duck work that was done a year ago. It was a mess! Don’t use Omar De La Gala he is horrible. There was rusted left on the pipes everywhere.Southwest Mechanical has been honest and truly gives you a quote that really doesn’t hurt your pockets. Everyone came to my home from Southwest Mechanical The general manager Jesus, Chris the financial personnel and Daniel the Tech. They found so many things wrong. it could’ve harmed us physically. Breathing all that in my house would’ve been terrible for our health. Thank you Southwest Mechanical. I really appreciate them coming to my home. Fernando did a GREAT JOB maintaining my AC unit during the summer! Definitely recommend him. Great customer service and he went above and beyond and made time to see my unit the same day. After one year that we bought the AC system, the unit broke down, and no one answer during the weekend, nnot only that their website is not working. The unit supposed to be one of the best, AMANA, according to Ricardo, the salesman, but is not even good enough, like he said. The comany has no emergency response available.
