Dynamic Htg and Clg is the only authorized distributor of Trane. Our experience with Dynamic was extraordinary. My husband and I highly recommend them. Robert and Jose were easy to work with, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process.

My HVAC conversion with Dynamic Heating and Cooling could not have been better! Everyone that I dealt with from the initial estimate to the completion of the job, has been great! Robert, owner; installers, Jose and Ruben; the ladies in the office, (sorry I can't recall your names). I have been researching brands/systems, and getting estimates from different companies, offering various brands, for over a year, and Dynamic provided the most in-depth information, answered all my many questions, no pressure tactics, walked me through the entire install process, the set-up and functions of my entire system. True Professionals!!! I am very happy with my new Trane HVAC system, and I highly recommend Dynamic Heating and Cooling!!!

I would like to retract on a previous review about Dynamic. After speaking with Robert about repairs and possible replacement on my unit Dynamic really came through with great service and attention towards my needs.

The owner did what he said he was going to do. Was on top of things and responded quickly when we needed to get a hold of him. Employees were very good at their job and professional.

From beginning to end Robert and his crew (Jose and Ruben) were really professional, clean and attentive, always keeping us in the loop as to what was going on and what to expect, highly recommend them, my house posed some challenges for the install but they made sure to deliver on what was agreed on. Really happy with the results!!

Dynamic Heating & Cooling recently replaced my AC unit. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and their price was very competitive. They answered all of my questions and gave us multiple options. We are thrilled with the results and STRONGLY recommend them. They should be your first call for any HVAC needs.

Since I posted the original review I was contacted by Robert from Dynamic who apologized sincerely for the lack of response to my calls. It is a busy time of the year and I slipped through a crack. He came out to the house promptly and adjusted the belt tension so the a/c is running quietly and efficiently.
I can now say that I would recommend the company for consideration of any heating and cooling needs.

Two weeks ago Dynamic sent a tech to my home to prep the evaporative cooler for the summer. A few hours after the tech had left, the cooler started making noises caused by a fan belt that wasn't tighten properly. I called the company to tell them of the problem and the secretary said she would pass my message on to the service manager.

Another week went by without any contact from the company other than an email saying my payment had gone through. I called them again, and again the secretary said she would tell the service manager. Another week has gone by without any response.

This company does not care about it's customers, the the quality of it's work, or it's reputation. It seeems to only care about getting paid. There are plenty of other companies, don't waste your money on this one.

Dynamic Heating and Cooling replaced our near 20 year old air conditioners in the summer of 2020. Robert Vigil was very professional from the beginning. Robert made sure to quote several options and his pricing was very reasonable. The Dynamic installation staff also were very prompt, professional and did a great job communicating what they were doing. They were able to replace the units without the temperatures getting out of control in the house. We had some minor issues with temperature control and Robert and his staff were committed to making it right as soon as possible. We will definitely continue to use Dynamic and I would highly recommend Robert and his staff!

I had five quotes and Dynamic gave me the best equipment at a less rate than more inferior packages. Others wanted to put in the minimum requirements, but being in construction and engineering, I thoroughly researched what I wanted. Dynamic did not hesitate to go forward with that and the installation was flawless. Jose and his helper worked tirelessly and Robert gave us all the help and guidance such as add a third return to a room that may get closed off and therefore suffer. All work was cleaned up afterwords and plenty of support on learning the new wifi thermostat. Others did not offer to change registers but Dynamic did. Easy to reach at any time and more support coming. Go with these folks and save a thousand or two and install a Trane!

Robert our sales person was very diligent in explaining how HVAC works and explained the two types of systems. Installation went very smooth, Jose and his assistant worked very hard to install the system, left the house clean and explained to me how to work the thermostat and the wifi app. System is working very well and quiet, the house is cool and comfortable.

Amazing company, super professional from start to finishing. Robert explains everything in detail and is patient. His professionalism along w his employees speaks volumes why Dynamics Heating and Cooling is the way to go!

During the whole time speaking to Mr. Robert Vigil and Ms. Ohndrea Padilla I had many questions. They had the utmost patience with me in answering my questions about options and pricing. Once moving forward with removal and installation process I was very impressed with crews professionalism. At the end of installation they did an exceptional job of cleaning up. I called them for maintenance service on my ac last month (August 28th), they provided me an appointment right away. Not all the service checks could be completed due to the return being too small, that's fine. Issac was excellent, explained everything that needed to be addressed(hence 2 stars). Service came out to $210. I was informed I should be receiving an estimate after someone else would need to contacted the warehouse for pricing. More than two weeks later i have received no phone call, no email, nothing. I guess they don't need the business. I'll be going with someone else.

I have had the most positive experience with Dynamic Heating & Cooling! The workers were punctual, courteous, polite, and respectful; this has been an amazing experience truly once in a lifetime and the unit was installed much sooner than expected. The workers did not leave a mess and they asked permission to store tools and materials for the following day. Excellent service. Had my first HVAC system installed 20 years ago. Routine maintenance over the years was expected and as all things wear we decided to replace rather than repair. I think price was more than fair and crew for the new system was on time and professional. Took time to explain everything to me.
