Was referred to use this company, 4 trips to fix a AC unit, which last repair cause water unit to leak which created heavy water damage to 2 rooms, walks and wood flooring. Never heard back from company. During thier poor workmanship and negligence, heater does not function. I regret giving this company my business and urge every customer to rethink before calling Mountain Star Heating and cooling LLC!!!!!

Very professional the work was done on time, the crew working on the project was extremely professional and super clean. I am very happy with the end result and also the price was amazing after getting 4 other quotes Pauls' quote was incredible.

Our old furnace konked out and we were worried about freezing. Mr. Drury at Mountain Star got a new heater installed faster than it took other companies to get back with us on quotes. Speaking of which, Mountain Star beat the price of all the other companies by a fair amount. We have a fancy new Lennox installed thanks to his excellent technicians, Eber and Humberto. The install is top notch - no shortcuts or jury rigs whatsoever. In fact they went beyond our expectations: providing drop cloths, vacuuming, and painting the new vents to match our roof. I wish I could give all the stars in the sky for this review. Mr. Drury is a top notch gentleman and his company reflects his values.

I called Paul, the owner of the company and he gave me a super quote on a American Standard refrigerated unit. We were so impressed with the staff they worked until it was installed. This is a high quality unit and the heater works wonderful! I recommend this company for all of your cooling and heating needs!

Paul and his staff are a 5 star team! Highly recommend them not only because their work is extraordinary, but because the customer service is exceptional.

Mr Dury and his crew made for a pleasurable experience converting evaporative to refrigeration units during the few days they were on site. Crew got along well and never slowed down until they were satisfied that they had completed the job to our satisfaction. Clean up was spotless.
Price was best for quality equipment and services provided and best in comparison to three other local companies!

Great to do business with and have great integrity. Randy a good guy and a estimator who came to my house to give estimates for roof replacement gave me reasonable prices. I;m hoping I can use the same Wells Fargo Home Projects Credit Card for roof project to finance so the company gets paid. Trustworthy company and reliable.

Mountain Star took over from EMS HVAC who totally burnt up my system. Raul and Abraham from Mountain Star replaced my whole HVAC system in a shorter time than it took EMS to initially contact me to come check out the system.

I would recommend Mountain Star to anyone the needs service. The customer service at the office is great too. They take calls starting at 12:30pm

Mountain Star Heating and Cooling did a great conversion on my 1924 home. It needed some upgrades and they did an amazing job. My unit works great and the customer service is top notch! Paul has a great crew and they do exceptional work.

Very poor installation of microwave and dishwasher. Do not timely respond to communications. Surprised that Costco does business with them.

Trustworthy and a straightforward, honest company. RARE!!! Paul (owner) and Morning Star’s skilled and attentive crew expertly and professionally dealt with my challenging HVAC (2 units) removal and installation of new Lennox package units on my roof. The situation needed two different cranes and a tight fit for both units.
Paul was on-site, just as he promised and the crew was careful and thoughtful. I was happy to pay Paul at the end. Man of his word.

I want to thank Paul and his guys for being so responsive to a time sensitive issue with our HVAC system. From the moment they arrived at the house, they were professional, courteous, and quick. More importantly, they answered our questions and them some to help better understand our system. Overall, a great experience.

Our rental company trusted Paul Drury and his company Mountain Star to install a new Master cool this past summer. We started having problems right away. They came back to check the unit and said all was ok. We continued to have problems, the unit was not cooling. Paul started blaming our tenants. We eventually had someone else check the new unit only to find that Mountain Star had reinstalled the old pump. Not sure what happened to the new pump. I sent Paul pictures along with texts and tried calling him several times. No response from him. Just last week we had the unit serviced for winter by another company only to find out, again, Mountain Star did not replace the old roof jack or damper which are corroded. This company is not trustworthy.

I talked to Robert on 6/1/21 what a price would be on a 14 seer package unit only to install. My home is in viewing distance from his business 300 yards. He said he couldn’t give me a price without looking at it. He did not offer to come by and was condescending and rude. What’s so hard to give a price on the labor and unit? I will not do any business with this company
