Great service! Customer service was very quick to help solve the furance heating problem, by scheduling an appointment to take care of the furance heating problem immediately without delay. The appointment was made for the some day and the technician arrived within 2 hours after I made the appointment. That's really great service from start to completion of the furance heating system being solved.

Excellent customer service and installation. Company representative Brenda was very informative as to what the company offered. She was patient, very friendly, heard what my family wanted (not like the other companies), and what was promised was delivered. The installation was done in about 4 1/2 hours. The workers explained how the new refrigeration worked, how to install the filters, and cleaned up everything when finished. I highly recommend this company.

Send out the tech turned the heater on temporarily order the parts and will return to install parts. They understood our issue and sent out a tech who was very courteous and very knowledgeable!!! Excellent customer service! Eric, the company representative, was very professional and quickly corrected a mistake made by a former worker on our AC unit. He efficiently explained what had been done incorrectly, outlined what needed to be fixed, and resolved the issue. He even showed me the final results on his phone. I was very pleased with his work. Eric was also punctual, arriving within the given timeframe. I highly recommend this company.

We're do I start! The AC unit they installed didn't last the winter and they had to come out and service it 3 times and the last time they came out it caught fire and would have burned my house down had it not been for us taking action! Then 2 months after they replaced the unit caught fire again. Once again it was due to poor workmanship and institution. The second time it was only an electrical fire unlike the first time with the insulation fire. It's been about a year and all of a sudden the unit is not working again. Never using this company ever again

My thermostat went bad and my AC wouldn't turn on, I called them few times around 9:00 pm and no answer. However, next morning they called me back, scheduled a visit for later that day, they showed up on time, replaced the thermostat and resolved the issue. All of this under warranty. Communication was awesome via text messages.

My grandmas house has been at a freezing 67 degrees. I feel like an idiot having entrusted omega for our hvac company, soooo many issues have come up with my unit- in the summer I was left in unbearing heat and now in freezing nights- house does not warm up at all- this was something I wanted to take care of for my grandma so that life would be made easier for her and my babies. We were cooler and warmer with her evaporated cooler and regular heater. If I could choose no stars I would 😔 during the summer my mom stood outside their office just to get someone’s attention since they didn’t answer me after the install and it was not cooling then, I understand they get busy however if the units were just installed right the first time we would not need to call or complain. Hence my grandma is 90 years old, I’ve been having to boil water to warm up the home. I’m sick of this!!!

EP Omega Air Conditioning came out very quick and fixed my AC in less than 30 minutes from calling. AC Tech Eric was very friendly, professional, and quickly fixed my AC. They even offer a Veteran's Discount. I would recommend EP Omega to anyone looking for AC Repair.

I just got a new unit monts ago and it broke already. On December 4th they started with the repairs, but have to wait long for parts and when finally today December 16 they came with the part, another part has to be ordered!!! Temperatures are dropping and my family and pets are paying for it.
