This is the best experiance I've ever had with a HVAC repair company. I requested some one as soon as possible and the owner himself showed up within an hour diagnosed my issue and had me up and running an hour later. I'm sure that doesnt always happen but it was fantastic. A couple a years ago I used one of the biggest companies in Dallas and all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit and upcharge me. Quality HVAC not only repaired my unit but cleaned my coils and charged my unit. My A/C is now running great in this Texas heat. I was never so happy to pay for a repair, as I felt it was a great value considering my past experience with the other companies. I highly recommend calling Quality HVAC before anyone else.

Kai went way over and beyond any service technician I have ever worked with. And the best thing about it was that it was just normal work for him. He takes great pride in his work and addressed every issue that he could find to make sure that my system ran efficiently. I would definitely recommend him for all your AC needs.

Overall good but the trim on my windows is damaged and they made an attempt to cover it up and didn't tell us.

Just terrible in almost every way and so easy to see why they are going bankrupt. Cancel appointments without warning or notice.

The installation was very good. Sales reps did not seem to know how the installers work and it was the third try when it finally was installed.
