I always get amazing service like I'm a superstar they treat me like a person not a number they're always helpful even through the covet 19 issues they maintain a safe environment inside their display room and allowed us to come in and place our orders rather than standing in a pack outside like other HVAC houses did So hats off to Johnstone supply

Stood in line on a Saturday morning for at least 30 minutes to get up there, tell the salesman what I needed, brings it up,then tells me they don't sell to the public. Nice to know. They definitely needed more help on a Saturday morning with a line 10 people deep.

Glenn and Adam were extremely helpful. As a landlord, I try to do my own repairs when I can. This repair was new to me and they went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot my issue. They both shared their expertise and knowledge of my issue with me as it was quite apparent to them that I was not a professional HVAC guy. I saved several hundred dollars on this repair thanks to them!
All that and they are open on Saturday & Sunday!

I can't thank Adam enough for his incredible help, when my AC fan motor quit on Sunday I quickly went to ole faithful Google and found out they were open, called to confirm and sure enough Adam said they were open until 1pm, he went above and beyond to assist me and showed me the wiring on the new motor and recommended swapping the compacitor which I did and now my AC is up and running again, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

The Igniter(270,271N) in my gas furnace failed, and the part they sold me has been working reliably for 3 weeks, compared to the one I got off amazon that failed in 2 days.
They also responded reasonably quick to my email, and gave me advice on how to handle the part.

I'm so thankful for Dallas Hvac, their service was excellent. Adam didn't have the induced motor for my Ruud system but went and got it for me within 15 mins in this 10 degree weather while it's snowing, He went above and beyond to make sure I get the heater fixed for my family. Customer for life!!

They gave me the wrong part, which caused me to pay for a technician that cost me arm and leg because they’re not professional and then they don’t want even to refund me for the wrong part.plus their price already double price anywhere else, but, unfortunately I was in a rush so I had to use them.
The way that they treated me is disrespectful, ignoring me and helping another customer.
Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Had a blower motor fail @ 6pm on a Thursday (105º) Bummer. My neighbor highly recommended Dallas HVAC Parts to me. I got online, found a contact email and sent them pictures and model # of the furnace. I called the next day right after opening, no answer, which I assumed their phone was getting blown up by everyone needing AC parts. Few minutes later I get a call back from Adam asking if I had called and how he could help me. I explained what I was looking for, plus also noted I sent an email last evening, which he said he was already was working on. Adam was very polite, professional and certainly understood what it was that I needed. He gave me options in available part replacement to help save me money and he was certainly familiar with the system I have. He let me know the part would be at their warehouse by noon and he would call once it arrived. At 11:30am Adam called said the part was in. When I got to Dallas HVAC Parts I was happy to meet Adam, again just a great guy and took the time to make sure the part was correct versus running me out the door. With my great experience, I have point dozens of people their direction. Great place for parts and customer service.

This store has everything!!!! I needed a part for my HVAC system, and I was starting to feel defeated. I went into this store and Adam was so patient and so kind! The brand name of the part I was looking for was so old. However, he had it!! He gave me a great price for it as well. I definitely recommend this place to everyone for your parts needs!
