With just a few pictures, I was able to get a new blower motor and bracket for my furnace with the corresponding capacitor. I also got an explanation on how my motor went bad with my specific situation. It’s always great to see a knowledgeable person in store.

I had an amazing experience at the HVAC parts store this past Saturday! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed for my repair project, even though it was a busy weekend. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything, and they even offered some helpful tips to ensure I got the job done right. It was a smooth and stress-free shopping experience that made my Saturday much better!

This place is awesome, I walked in with my motor fan and top guard, Adam jumped right in and started taking the fan blade off and replacing the motor for me without me even asking. Great place! Oh and Kitty was very sweet.

My A/C is 39 years old. I do DIY service due to lack of mfr support for parts and service, and it can get challenging. These guys are friendly and helpful. They put up with me when I come in with an attitude and only 3 hours sleep in the last 24, and can barely think straight. I burned a transformer troubleshooting, and last visit they listened, and were quick to help by making an custom in-line fuse holder and gave me several spare fuses for free. If anyone deserves customer loyalty these are the guys!

Had my fan motor go out on Saturday and figured there was gonna be no way to get a part until a weekday. I was surprised when I saw that they were open on Sunday. Had exactly the parts I needed and told me all about it. Highly recommend if there is a part you need.

Adam is great!! Before I purchased a new capacitor he checked it and it was still good. He then walked me through how to check and replace the relay. 20 minutes later cold air blowing in the house. Great place with great people!

This place is a gem!!! They are open on SUNDAYS!!! SUPER friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service deserves more than 5 stars. I was helped by Allen at their counter today. Super nice, experienced, and genuine guy. He was nice enough to help me understand how to safely change parts that would otherwise cost hundreds $$$. I can’t thank this business enough for being open on the weekends. True believer in only posting reviews when it matters. This locally owned business is highly recommended!!!! Needed a new blower motor for the furnace, on a Saturday too. Called around and these guys had the best price. Once I got there, Adam answered every question I had, and guided me step by step on what I needed to do once I got back home. Glenn was able to take the old motor off the fan, and also installed the new one for me! These guys were the best! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this shop for anyone needing HVAC parts.

My unitl went down and needed the parts quick got to their location. Adam greater me and took care of me quick. I was impressed and thankfull he had replaced the motor for me on the spot with out asking. I'll definitely be coming back for future purchases

I've always had a great experience with Dallas Hvac their guy is knowledgeable and helpful and always ready to answer questions, and theyr prices are very affordable.

Showed up on Saturday late afternoon before closing. Gentleman at the front desk helped me out pick a universal board for my furnace. Came back home, figured out how to re wire everything and voila back in business. Got my AC and Heat. I believe these old boards are no longer on the market . Universal board did its magic, My family is extremely happy! Thank you for your assistance and most importantly I had only one day to fix this thing on a fly . Could not be happier! Thank you!

Today is my lucky day! The only AC is not working and after checking the blower motor bracket was broken and the wheel is blocked there. Check on maps and found Dallas HVAC parts, they are open and call to confirm everything are in stock. Drive and picked up! Brerin and Glenn do great help! Right parts and even better to change the wheel for me! Today is almost 100 degree, can’t believe how can my families survive for the coming 110 degree week!

We bought absolutely nothing! During a big storm, our heat stopped working. He could of sold us a part we thought we needed but did not. He chose a path of honesty and helpfulness instead. Our heat is back on, no part needed ! But if we ever have a challenge again, their honestly and customer service will make them our first call.

I can’t say enough great things about DallasHVAC. I needed a control board for my York furnace, and of course the issue happened on a Sunday when most places were closed. Glen and Adam went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct part quickly and without any hassle.
When I later ran into issues with technicians trying to diagnose the problem, Adam didn’t just sell me a part and move on—he referred me to a technician who was able to figure out what four other technicians couldn’t. That level of support and partnership is rare.

Adam with HVAC parts was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my recent blower fan motor replacement.
He didn't just sell me the part I needed but also took time to diagram the wiring on the replacement so it was an easy install.
The shop cat was cool too.
