Joe and Adrian came out on my emergency my furnace was not kicking on. They came in within 2 hours. The system came on 20 minutes before they came. I told them the issue, they went right to work. They checked out but everything was working. They said give them a call back if it happens again. They did a great job and piece of mind. Thanks guys.

Technician Angel exceeded all expectations! Angel exhibited great performance in his work. He explained in detail what maintenance work would be required. After completing his work ; Angel took the time to explain what he maintenance was performed and provided recommendations as well to prevent any further issues. I appreciated his comments and asked did I have any questions about what services were performed. Angel also stated all his information would be listed in an email describing the services that were performed and recommendations. I’m very satisfied with the service that was provided. The tech showed up on time and took the time to explain what he was doing. He took photos and then showed them to me and explained what I was looking at. He made suggestions on repairs that needed to be taken care of and gave me a quote for each repair. He was thorough and polite the entire time he was here. I will definitely do business with The On Time Experts in the future.

Called OTE for a minor plumbing repair. A technician came out promptly and made the initial repair. However, the next day we discovered the leak was still happening. Reached back out to OTE and they sent a Sr. Plumber to our house the next day and he fixed the leak under warranty. Great customer service from booking the call and the dispatchers and of course the technicians. Thank you!

Mr. Marco Martinez and helper from "On Time Experts" arrived on time for my HVAC system maintenance appointment. They were very courteous and professional right from the start. They performed their duties in a timely manner and informed me as to what they were doing as the performed those tasks. They took no shortcuts with their work and were very meticulous in their duties. I would definitely recommend this company for their service if you should need it. Thanks!

Marco was fabulous. It's clear that he cares about the company he works for as well as for the customer. We also had a nice guy come out and check the plumbing. He was nice too, do not remember his name though. I would offer that their product pricing is way high....$500 for a single Anode. Exceedingly high for that part.

Travis was the main technician assigned to my job and kept me well informed throughout the process. He brought in George for a second opinion so they could give me peace of mind about my unit. Both showed me pictures and video of what they saw and explained everything. Though the news I received wasn’t the best, this was one of the better experiences I’ve had with ac/furnace tune up service. I’d highly recommend On Time Experts

So, I gave the company 2 stars because they braved the ice storm to come out to the house. Water heater broke Friday the 23rd before an ice storm. I scheduled a non emergency call to replace. There was a no fee estimate and I agreed. The plumber came out and told us that he needed to retrofit the system which was in the garage. His estimate with discounts was $4600 for a 50 gallon gas tanked water heater. I was speechless least to say.
I rejected the quote. Made a couple more phone calls and the quotes I received were in the range of $2000.
I am not sure if I was being taken advantage or not, but more than double in charges was crazy. Shop around to other reputable plumbers. It should not cost more than $2000.

Heater blower went out during winter storm with temps in the teens and Marco and his team were absolutely dedicated and professional in their attempt to secure my family's safety during dangerously cold temps. They have earned my trust and my membership. They will definitely be my go to for heating/AC work in the future.

Adam was a gentleman who carefully explained what maintenance was needed and the costs. I felt comfortable with his assessments and didn't feel pressured to do anything that I didn't want to do. I enjoyed talking with him.
