Cory and David are excellent plumbers and human beings. They were always courteous, respectful, compassionate and explained what they were doing. They went above and beyond. Adam was very thorough and detailed in his explanation. I bought 3 filters from their company as well since their filters were better than the ones I purchased. Very pleased with their service. Would recommend them!

Nick came by twice and gave thorough service to our HVAC system. The inspection was top notch. He uncovered an issue with mold growing in our supply plenum that had never been found before even though I’ve had 2 other companies come out to look at our HVAC unit.
If possible, I’d prefer him to come out to each service because it’s hard finding high quality HVAC work and honest people doing the job.

Adam was On Time, He was very professional. He was very Thorough. If I could give Adam a 10, I would he was just that good at explaining everything to me in terms that I could understand. He was very professional and very informative. He let me know what my options were and the things that I needed to do immediately and some that I could wait on.

We had to replace our whole HVAC system. The installers were Arturo and Luis. They came out early and surprisingly they completed the work by afternoon. They cleaned up all trash and took all old equipment. Arturo explained the operation of the new thermostat. They were prompt, professional, and provided great service.

We had Dominick come and check out our AC Unit due to an issue we were having. He immediately spotted the problem and recommended solutions; he was great at explaining the problem. In addition, he put together for us several quotes with different levels of repair to meet out budget. Great communication, friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend. Also don't wait for HVAC maintenance, it will save you money on the long run.

We had the BEST customer service today for our air duct cleaning from Cedarius and Yordy from the Garland location. So impressed with these young men! Hard workers, friendly, professional - and so respectful of property — these guys were absolutely outstanding! Tyree was our tech and first impression - he was amazing - immensely knowledgeable and so fun! - got us all signed up for service quickly and made the whole process easy for us. Overall fabulous experience from On-Time Experts - would highly recommend and will definitely use again. You have 3 superstars in these young fellas and I hope you give ‘em all a raise! They represent you well! Please pass along our thanks to them. Photos would be gross to show our nasty air ducts so I’ll spare that part.

Martin Rangel is the best ambassador that On Time could have. He was on time and after arriving it was obvious that he was a true professional. The sincerity that he exhibited was sincere and deserve praise. I don’t want to leave out the Receptionist that answered my call. She too was professional, compassionate and truly took care of me. On time plumbers gets a 5 Stars rating and an A+ in my book. You can’t go wrong with ON Time Plumbers.

This is the second time they have been out here to service my unit. They are amazing! Great customer service. Adam did a thorough job, and answered every question I had. He also explained everything well so I could understand. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. Great work On Time!

We have a service agreement with On Time Experts. Our heater went out during the January 2026 cold storm. Our tech that came out Joey was extremely knowledgeable and got us back up running quickly. We were appreciative of that. Lifesaver and really knows his stuff.
However, in the end we needed a new unit. We went through that sales process with Lance which was painless. The next day we had the system installed.
The crew installing was Ricardo and Johnny. They were amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick. Full HVAC installed in about 7 hours. Seamless.
The team came back to QC everything and later to do some additional duct work. The house is night and day in terms of air flow and efficiency.
Highly recommend On Time Experts. Great service and great staff!

I had an excellent experience with On Time Experts Heating & Air, and I especially want to recognize Jevon and Codarius for their outstanding service.

From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to clearly explain the entire process for servicing and cleaning my AC unit, as well as the duct cleaning, which I truly appreciated.

What stood out most was how conscientious they were of my 2- and 3-year-old nephews who were in the home. They were patient, respectful, and mindful of keeping the space safe and clean. Once the work was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything spotless.

Exceptional service, great communication, and genuine care. I highly recommend On Time Experts and would gladly request Jevon and Codarius again!

Joe was very thorough, professional, and fastidious during my HVAC maintenance appointment. I really appreciate him educating me about the root cause of mold growth in my HVAC unit and options to get rid of it. I will take their advice and recommendations seriously. To whom I made concern, I had 2 technicians working in my home. Installing a new hvac system very very satisfied with their job with their work, Ethics, their performance, everything came out absolutely wonderful. Every 6 months, I have OTE out to checkout our Heating and Cooling system. They change our filters and clean where needed to insure smooth running system. This visit Codarious Isaac was our tech and his pleasant attitude and extra effort was very much appreciated, especially as it was a rough day around here. It's wonderful when something goes right and there is a Smile to go with it. Thank you so much.

We had such a positive experience with On Time Experts from start to finish. We originally called due to a leaking faucet, and Martin took phenomenal care of us. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful, and took the time to clearly walk us through the issue so we understood exactly what was going on.

Martin returned the very next day to replace the faucet with no problem at all. He was prompt, on time, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out.

Martin is a great representation of this company, and because of this experience, we will absolutely continue to book On Time Experts for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Marlin did an excellent job with our HVAC maintenance. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to check everything carefully rather than rushing through it. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and made sure the system was running properly before he left.

On top of that, he was very friendly and respectful throughout the visit. It’s always reassuring to have someone who is both competent and easy to work with. I really appreciate the quality of his service and would definitely recommend him.

I do not recommend On Time Experts. I spent over $10,000 on a new HVAC system after a very nice salesperson promised the world. Unfortunately, what I got was shoddy work — which I didn’t discover until I brought in another company to inspect their installation.

Based on the photos the second company provided, OTE had to admit their mistakes and come back to redo the job. When I called to schedule the rework, the woman who answered the phone actually asked me, “Why the hell would you pay another company to check our work?” — which is completely unprofessional and none of her business.

Ever since then, every time they come out for routine maintenance (part of the plan I’m stuck on), they seem to find “something else wrong.” Needless to say, I now call another company for second opinions.

To make matters worse, they constantly cancel appointments — often calling at the last minute when they should already be here.

A complete waste of time and money. This company is a joke. Buyer beware.
