Initial visit went well. Technician was great, signed onto a membership program and agreed to a $500 dryer cleaning.

They missed three appointments (one was due to rain, completely justified; dont want anyone on the roof while it's raining). Their customer service and dispatch seem to never be on the same page, but YOU have to call them to find that out. The name is a bit misleading.

Wish I could comment on their services cause I never actually got the one I agreed to.

Overall experience was good. The technician was very detailed and explained things to me as if it was my very first time to get the service performed which I liked.

A 5 star was not left simply because the technician left my AC on which I didn’t really discover until about an hour after he left and the outside water faucet cover was removed and never put back on.

Codarius was right on time and did a great job. He really when the extra mile to check the entire system. He cleaned the blower fan and showed me his recommendations. He is sending an estimate of his recommendations. He even cleaned our A/C compressor on a heating check. Great job, thank you Codarius.

Wanted to charge my elder parents 75k for plumbing while another company is willing to pay 11k.
They also claimed that it was with discount and normally would be 90k.. I don’t know much about this company, but it definitely seems like they tried to up charge and scam my parents. I do not appreciate that.

Adam was very friendly and courteous. Explained routine maintenance along the way and made us aware that further maintenance would be in our interest soon without applying too much pressure

Preston arrived on time, was attentive to our system, and remained professional throughout the entire experience. Dominic really came through for me with fixing my thermometer and heating unit. Scheduled it the night before and he was here the next morning with excellent customer service. Top notch skills and overall great person. Decided to hop on the membership plan solely because of my experience with him.

The guys came in and did a wonderful job throughout the process. They were extremely respectful and thorough with explaining how the process works. Codarius made sure he explained everything that was done and even recommended future maintenance along with cost analysis.

We have a maintenance agreement with On-Time Experts for our two HVAC systems. Last night our upstairs furnace stopped running and I needed their help. After I contacted them this morning, they had a technician on site in less than 2 hours. Harold was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and diagnosed the problem, which will require another visit tomorrow to complete. An outstanding response that I really appreciated.

The actual HVAC techs that come out and do the work are actually very genuinely helpful and very young. However, once I got to the quote part, the sales guy instantly said, “you probably don’t understand what any of these means”. Of course as the conversation carried on, the sales guy picked up that I did in fact understood what it all meant. The sales guy was a much older gentleman that needs to understand that times have changed and to not judge based on what someone looks like off the bat. The fastest way to lose my business is to get treated like I’m stupid.

I’ve first heard of On Time Experts from “Texas Today” on NBC 5. It advertised their special $59 the complete ac furnace tune up/cleaning for first time customer. It showed how they deeply clean the outside condenser. It looked good. So I’ve decided to give “On Time Experts” a try by trusting what I saw on Texas Today program. Well, it didn’t go well.
Diara showed up on time and friendly yesterday (4/23/25). I told him I booked the Spring tune up/cleaning and my AC is working fine. Diara said he usually liked to start with the furnace. So after he went up to the attic, he came down and showed me the fan that was dusty which needed to be clean. He then took it outside to host off with water. After wards, he told me that my circuit board and motor are out of spec, they needed to be replaced and it will cost over $2000. I told him I appreciated his detailed explanation but I needed to think about it and price shop, just do the cleaning today. It’s already been over 1 hour at this point. So he said he would closed up the furnace and started to clean/tune up the condenser. He was outside for about 10 minutes and he said he was done and it’s not that dirty. He took off so fast that he didn’t even ask me to pay him?! Maybe I will get a bill?! Anyway, I went outside to check my condenser. It looked wet but no different. I could still see leaves inside the casing. What a total waste of time! Thank God my AC still works. So the bottom line is don’t trust anybody or any network program. It’s just another scam.

Update: So I called the office to pay the visit. The Lady on the phone told me that it’s free of charge because we are on the veteran hero’s program and how was the experience. I didn’t know. I told her I appreciated it and told her about the not so good experience. Josh the manager called me right after I hung up. He asked to come over and took some pictures of the condenser. He is a great manager! He convinced us to give them another chance to make it right. So the next day, Chris came over and did a thorough cleaning of the condenser and a plumber replaced our broken spigot. Because of Josh’s immediate response and action, I adjusted my review from 1 star to 5 star. Of course It’s better have things done right the first time, but I think it’s even more rare and admirable to be able to fix a mistake and win your customers back!!!

As advertised! Showed up on time, two knowledgeable, pleasant, uniformed technicians who explained what they were going to do, then what they did and why.

We were offered two prevention services at very reasonable prices with additional discounts; we accepted them now so we don't have to worry about a breakdown when it's either 5 or 105 degrees outside.

This is a first-class, professional operation. I am very happy that we are on their maintenance program.

If you are considering installing a new HVAC system, I recommend On Time Experts. My new system was installed just days before this week’s freezing temperatures and icy conditions arrived. Thus far, the system has performed flawlessly.

Very good experience. The techs(Marco, lead, & Ethan, trainee) were professional, respectful, & knowledgeable. They respected my home—clean and cleaned up. The work appeared to be quality but only time will tell—will there be problems that shd not have based on service. In summary, I was very pleased—4.5.

Adam was wonderful! He checked out my water heater, my air conditioner, labeled my breaker box, and asked important questions about when I last did things like adding insulation in my attic. It was a check up for winterizing my home and just making sure I was safe. I really appreciate it as I am a single senior woman.

Marlin was really thorough and explained EVERYTHING. He was on time, courteous and listened to any questions we had. The military discount was also wonderful!! Will definitely use them again.

Codarius and Keith came out and completed the duct cleaning service. They were on time and informed of us the process. We don’t wear shoes inside of our home so it was wonderful that everyone wears shoe covers Any time there inside. Grateful that we found them

Yesterday I got my winter maintenance for my AC Unit by Angel and it was surprise lying the greatest experience I've received in many years. His arrival was timely. He was professional and very patient with me as I followed him around. He gladly and thoroughly explained every step and answered any questions in layman terms. After a while, I step away and allow him to do his job and boy, that he did! He clean my equipment in the attic AND outside so good. I was particularly impressed with my request to have my outside unit cleaned. He took the equipment apart and put some serious elbow grease to it. Tighten up loose screws, wires and gathered them neatly together in ties. All this was included in the maintenance service! In the past, they would only use my hose to spray down the sides. It took some time, as he had warned me but that didn't matter and I was elated afterwards. Overall, I received good feedback with a couple areas that will need to be addressed. I'm just so pleased and impressed. Thank you Angel! 🙂

Today Jacob completed a plumbing inspection. He was thorough and very informative. Provided details regarding observations and information on how to correct those things. Great technician!! Thank you Jacob!
