Adam is the best. I brought in my condenser unit fan and motor with the grill plate in tact. He took it apart and replaced it with the new motor and put the fan and grill plate back on and prepped the wires for me. Absolutely amazing service. Thanks Adam!

Open on Sunday! Impressive. Had the part I needed at a very reasonable price. Even gave advice on how to keep the failure from recurring. I don’t like spending money on hvac parts, but when I do, it will be Dallas HVAC Parts.

My inducer/exhaust fan went out last night. With temps being in the low 20s and waking up on Sunday morning , I couldn’t afford ordering a part and I did a simple Google search for HVAC PARTS and DALLAS HVAC PARTS came to the rescue! Opened on Sundays till 1pm was a plus. My concern on how the part I bought was not looking the same as OEM part was put at ease and well explained on how it’s an updated part seeing as how my gas furnace is 15-20yrs. Helped me out so much! Discovered that the set screw came out of the bower motor and they told me to just bring it by and find one that would fit. They helped realign the motor and get the set screw reinstalled. Coming back here for all my ac part needs!

Came into the store with videos and pictures of my a/c unit and they promptly helped me diagnose the problem. Sold me the necessary parts for a fraction of what it would cost to have a technician come out. They even walked me through how to install all the parts. Great service!

air conditioning fan motor went out on Saturday. This business was the only one open with the part we needed. Not only did Adam the employee find what we needed, he went above and beyond to remove the rusted motor from the fan to save us additional money. Adam is such an asset. Thank you.

This place has been our go-to several times over the years. Always a fantastic experience, the guys are so friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable - that alone would be enough, but they really go the extra mile. We made several trips today, they helped diagnose, then when we bought a new motor, they spent time to take off the old motor and put the new one on. They definitely go above and beyond. Wow! What a great experience. My air handler was making a screeching noise and all the YouTube videos indicated that it was likely the blower motor bearings. I explained this to the clerk and he indicated that it was very possible that it was the squirrel cage coming apart in the middle. I bought the squirrel cage instead of the motor tried to install it but due to corrosion it was stuck. The clerk went above and beyond and removed the motor using a special pulley puller and help me install the new squirrel cage. These guys are so honest and pleasant to be around. I will always use Dallas HVAC from now on! Big Island time! I skipped leg day.

I used Dallas HVAC Parts a few years ago when our A/C went out in the hottest time of summer. They went above and beyond to help us get our unit up and running again quickly. What a great place. Sales technician Adam helped us. Prior to going there, we called and he actually returned our call! Pleasant surprise number one. Had the parts we needed in stock so we headed over. When we got there, he pleasantly greeted us and was super curteous. We showed him photos of the unit data sheet and he double checked the parts. He also made sure we would receive the proper capacitor for the new motor. Took the motor, properly configured it for correct rotation. Added spade terminals too. Kept up a great sense of humor and was just so competent. Never condescending or arrogant. Ten stars if I could give that in a review. Great HVAC parts supply store.

Opens on Sunday morning, fast, knowledgeable, very friendly help from Adam. Enabled us to fix our ac in a timely manner and avoided having to hear any kids complaining about the house being too hot.
