The technician explained the problem clearly and walked through the fix as well. They recommended extra care for the AC unit but didn't force me to sign up for it, unlike other providers. In summary, they are reliable and trustworthy.

The technician did not know what was wrong with my HVAC system. The error message on my system was regarding the blower, which is in my attic. He did not go into my attic. I requested a bid on the technicians diagnosis and have never received. I guess he thought women didn’t know anything about the blower error message.

My HVAC system went out and we were using portable heaters around the house, so we urgently needed a new one installed. There was a slight mix-up in the equipment (I ordered the mid-level system and they got the higher level one), but true to their word they completed the installation that day as promised and they did not charge me anything extra for the more expensive higher model. Truly fantastic company and I think their perfect 5-star rating across hundreds of reviews is very well-deserved. Highly recommend!

A/C unit went out on a Sunday. They had a technician available who arrived an hour earlier than the target arrival time. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. A/C unit is working again and the cost was very reasonable.

Service was great 2nd time working with this company, this time they waited for me while I got a loan with the veteran land board. Got the job done and made the house feel entirely different in one day.they added vents in every single room and now I can finally sleep due to my air conditioning repairs being done right and at a very fair price. 11:21pm - respond back to owner message. One Lie after another, call me and cancel last minute saying that the technician gotten a Flat tire and now stating that the technician not feeling well. So Anybody reading this, Beware of this business, Lie after Lies, imagine they doing service on your A/C and Heating and making up Lies of what your unit need to fix when there probably nothing need fixing. There plenty other services that kept their words and promises.

I call in and make appointment on Monday for today ( Thursday) to get my A/C maintenance, i took off all my time and schedule for today and nobody call me and after calling them few times than i got a response. They confirmed with me that they are still coming so i waited and waited. At the very last minute, they call me to cancel my schedule, What kind of service is this? I could have call other places to schedule if they would have call me ahead of time. Now i have wasted another day. I only went with them because of their review but now i realize it probably fake reviews that the bought to keep their business running. Would not recommend this business! There plenty other places.

As a U.S. Marine we are taught that Honesty and Integrity are highly sought out qualities in a person. This company has both and this is a Fantastic company to work with. The owner Richard displayed these qualities and more. He went above and beyond the call of duty when my A.C. went down. He went as far as calling the manufacture of my A.C. and discussed with them that my unit was failing and was able to get the warranty to cover the parts. He was more than fair with his prices and his employees were extremely professional and punctual. He kept me informed of all work that was being done and supervised the installation of the new coils and compressor.
