I had a great experience working with Hernandez Heating & Air. They worked with me on my budget and the installation went very smoothly.

Bobby and the guys are very experienced and professional. I've used them before on other projects and I like dealing with good honest people.

Called these guys they fixed my a/c, but it broke down 4 days later, called again, they told me since it was 5 pm I would have to wait till the next day or they were going to charge me again. I called another company and got it fixed, been working fine ever since.

Absolutely love the employees at Hernandez Heating & Air. They are the best people, and so easy to work with! Highly recommend them over any other company!

They are amazing. After so many companies trying to rip me off, I finally found an honest and reliable company.

My unit broke in the middle of summer and my house was over 90 degrees. I called and they came within 20-30 minutes and repaired. My house cooled off almost instantly. Their prices are the best around since everyone else wanted to charge me double. I have referred them to everyone I know and will continue to use their services.

Definitely recommend. Super professional and nice people. They replaced my outdoor unit last month. They come out quick whenever you’ve got an issue and warranty their work. Much better than the big name companies for sure. A nice plus is that the people who answer the phones are really friendly and helpful.

Such great service! Pedro will work so late just to make sure we have our AC unit working properly! He is so knowledgeable about the business and if there is a new unit he takes the time to learn it. Such a smart and hard worker!!

I would absolutely recommend Hernandez Heating and Air to anyone that wants a reliable and trustworthy company to work with. This is the second time I have had them out to work on our A/C unit over the years, and Pedro was the technician both times. He showed up within an hour of me calling and walked me through what was wrong with the unit and the repairs necessary. He worked with me on the price and also gave me his cell phone number and told me I could call him directly if I had any problems afterwards. For an industry that most home owners are naive about, it is nice to know that there are still some people out there that will work with you and not take advantage of you. Top notch professional service.

I am a disabled lady here in Garland. My AC went out on a Friday night. Saturday morning I called a different company that came out and charged me $626 for a $75 and $35 part, just to get my AC running since we were on our way into triple digits. Then I received an astronomically High bill to replace. Hernandez AC came out the next day and they were so nice and quoted me half of that bill. They also made me realize that it did not need to be completely replaced! You cannot get any more honest than that. Love this family, love this company and highly recommend.

Hernandez HVAC serviced my Amana PTAC unit. Angela set up the appointment & was extremely courteous. Bobby was the technician and he was timely, friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

By far the best AC contractor I have used in Dallas based not only on their product lines and prices, but they really put their customers first with honest advice of how they would solve your heating and cooling problems as if it was their house. The technicians are punctual and knowledgeable and they have always exceeded my expectations, like when the AC went out for my 92 year old mother. They worked after hours to fix it and keep my Mom cool but didn’t charge extra, and they clean up after themselves.
